I ordered their Morgan Family Private Stock straight bourbon this past week. Also spoke to the 5th generation owner. Very transparent and great customer service. Can’t wait to get my bottle
I really wasn’t impressed when I did a tasting at the distillery earlier this year. At that time, I was a whiskey newbie, and I’m not sure which offerings we tasted. After watching this, I will try more products. Thank you! You earned a subscription from me
You can tell this distillery is plugged into WhiskeyTube, as I have seen their offerings reviewed in a few places now. Smart business if you trust your product. They have so far gotten glowing reviews. Now lets see how distribution goes. It they nail that like their product they could be major players in the craft marketplace a la Frey Ranch and Still Austin
From what I can tell, they have sent out 50 plus samples kit, but to be honest, they have really good whiskey. I feel like they are doing a good job getting the word out to the public. Im looking forward to seeing what eles they bring to market.
I appreciate that you've noticed. I started by handing Dan (Bourbon Junkies) a bottle of Private Stock when I stopped by at EverNorth. When Dan raved about it on a live, I knew what had to be done, so I got started and have been grinding ever since. LFDISTILLING website with LF15 code for 15% is the easiest way so far to get our product if you can't find it near you. We are distributing throughout the US though.
Blinded the Morgan Family Estate against Stagg 24B this weekend at my bottle share and the Limestone Farm won hands down. Outstanding pour interesting nose and pallet for this one.

i really like what they are putting out
You're thinking of Limestone Branch IE Yellowstone. We don't have a tasting room yet as we're building our distillery in Georgetown KY.

It's very unique
Would love to sample the rest of the lineup but i think the Morgan Family Estate is the cream of the crop from them
Definitely the best of the lineup
Is there a way to buy a sample kit?
I'm not sure, what they send me was for the media (RUclips channels). that might be sometime they offer in the future.
You said on the last pour mash bill was 20% !0% 10% 10% which = 50% what is the other 50%
Magical beans.
70 corn, 10 honey'd malted wheat, 10 honey'd malted barley, 10 distillers malt. That's the mash bill for Private Stock.
