Wonderful tutorial, I love the closeup work of your left hand. It makes it so much easier to follow along with the sheet music. Thank you so much as this is one of the pieces that got me started relearning guitar. I used to play 50 years ago but life got in the way, now at 70 this dog is learning new tricks.
I have to get this off my chest because i cant study while there's something on my mind.
your teaching is exceptionally good! the way you go at the perfect pace, repeat when needed but not too much. I get the feeling I am actually sitting with you. I see English is your second language yet you speak so eloquently and get your point across perfectly.
absolute brilliant teaching skills sir! thanks!
This is the first non-pop music that got me excited to learn guitar, and this video made it so accessible! Thanks a lot!
another soul saved
Great tutorial man, always pointing out the fret position instead of assuming we all know what chord you're playing by name, and you're slow and steady with progression which makes all the difference.
Thank you. This is great because it looks in detail at which right-hand fingers to use, something that most teachers just don't bother to do.
lovely, you're a natural and an amazing teacher!
And you know the best of it all? That it isn't such an all-that easy piece of music after all. Easy to get through, OK, but - as with the guitar as a musical instrument - with a universe of possibilities to improve your take at it. As with the guitar, you never tire of it - you can grow with it.
Just discovered this ... What a beautifully clear tutorial. Best I've seen for a while. You straight away earned my like and subscribe. 😍
this is an amazing tutorial, this song so easy for me to play now
I've been playing Lagrima for almost 20 years, and I've found out that I've been playing it too fast. I'll slow it down a little.
You are some kid my friend! I learned a helluva a lot from you there in the space of about, 25 minutes. Amazing!
Thank you my Friend. I'm Washington from Brazil and I started To learn this music with my beloved father a log time ago. He passed way and I forgot all posicitions. But with your Fantastic class I got it. God blessed you and your family.
Rock on!
I really like this tutorial. Hopefully you can make the second part soon.

Relearning this song that I learned years ago but forgot. Tutorial couldn’t be better done!
Wonderful video to teach this hauntingly beautiful tune. At age 76, I figure I am not too old to learn a new instrument and my goal is to learn this in the coming month but I just have to build up my callouses. I am getting the positions thanks to your great teaching!
Of course it is not too late :) We have so many students we are picking the guitar in their more mature years and are making tremendous progress. Keep up the good work and enjoy the journey!
8:41 min. isn´t an "E" note, the correct it is an F# note!
You are correct. I was working off the wrong script. We corrected this in the sheet music and tablature. Thanks for watching so intently and carefully.
so instead of 3rd string 9th fret its 2nd string 7th fret
Phew! Thought my eyes were failing me. Thanks!
Muy bien explicado gracias maestro me gustaria poder ver la 2ª parte muchas gracias

This is a piece from ABRSM grade 5 which I am doing. This video is invaluable for any player wishing to progress. Excellent teacher
Best tutorial video ever! Thank you for this amazing post!
Glad it was helpful!

That's exactly what we love to hear! Press on.
Thank you very much. It is very clear and really easy to play. I memorise this peace for only 1 week.
Thank you so very much! You’re such a wonderful teacher!!!
great lesson. thanks!
Great teaching style.
Thank you you are a good inspiring teacher
I like the way you don’t play the barre on the first beat of the fifth measure. Makes it much easier, I find.
Thank you very much for the lesson and your style, Tavi.
Exceptionally good tutorial. Thank you so much.
Fantastic lesson! Thank you very much
Really great you name the notes also, like D, in stead if just saying second string, thirth fret. ☺️
Nice lesson 👌
Thankyou so much 👍💐
Very beaultiful. Congratuletions for execution and didátic for learning
Thanks a lot for the great tutorial for a piece that I have always enjoyed listening. That was of tremendous help indeed.
In the 5th measure , it's an F Sharp note ,not an E note of the last note in that measure.
Truly "Elite" quality. Thank you!
Thank You for your notes on the intensity in this place. IS vERY HELPFUL🌈
I have seen this piece played in different fret positions
Excellent teaching.. thank you so much!
Thank you
Thank you so much for this tutorial. . I feel the pain. . My heart are melted . . .
Thank you so much
You Guys Are Amaizing!!!! Thank You Sooooooo Much!!!!! 😭😭😭
U explained it so well! Awesome 👏
Great stuff Tavi! Love this piece.
muy buen video
Tavi, quisiera conocer las características de la tapa armónica, los aros y el fondo de esa hermosa guitarra, el sonido que le saca y quien ha sido el luthier. Saludos desde Argentina
Tavi, I would like to know the characteristics of the soundboard, ribs and back of that beautiful guitar, the sound that brings him out and who has been the luthier. Greetings from Argentina
Ok. Play the fingerings that help be most musical or whatever feels the most natural to you.
GOOD TEACHER🤩
This was SO helpful!!! Thanks!
El culumpio please

Thank you !

Donde puedo conseguir los pdf profesor????
Hi is this for beginner? I just started taking up guitar 3 months ago.
Yes, these tutorials were created so that absolute beginners do not feel left behind.
Thanks. Great tutorial by the way!
very good, thank you very much!
You show the last note in the 5th bar as an E, but the notation for this piece shows it as an F sharp...which is it? I'm trying to teach myself and this is really confusing me.
It is an F sharp indeed. Thanks for being so detailed in your approach to this piece. During the recording I was working with an unclear manuscript.
Many people put an E in there! But the F# is needed for the little walk E, F#, G#, A ending on the last note of bar 6; that is sublime.
The E sounds fine too - its all part of the same chord :)
thanks for good work.. But i can't find part 2. Where is it?

@@Randy-lb6sn even so respect for labour..
@@Randy-lb6sn music should be FREE, yess.. Maybe you make it, and put there free. I hope..
@@Randy-lb6sn No, we don't think so. We believe that all work should be rewarded and compensated for. Generosity is fine but it should never be mandated or expected.
You could have warned that you charge for part two before I spent two hours on this.
Thank you for teaching and explaining so much in detail 🙏🏼
I can’t find part 2
No part 2?
