    Wonderful tutorial, I love the closeup work of your left hand. It makes it so much easier to follow along with the sheet music. Thank you so much as this is one of the pieces that got me started relearning guitar. I used to play 50 years ago but life got in the way, now at 70 this dog is learning new tricks.

    I have to get this off my chest because i cant study while there's something on my mind.
    your teaching is exceptionally good! the way you go at the perfect pace, repeat when needed but not too much. I get the feeling I am actually sitting with you. I see English is your second language yet you speak so eloquently and get your point across perfectly.
    absolute brilliant teaching skills sir! thanks!

      You are correct. I was working off the wrong script. We corrected this in the sheet music and tablature. Thanks for watching so intently and carefully.

    Great tutorial man, always pointing out the fret position instead of assuming we all know what chord you're playing by name, and you're slow and steady with progression which makes all the difference.

    And you know the best of it all? That it isn't such an all-that easy piece of music after all. Easy to get through, OK, but - as with the guitar as a musical instrument - with a universe of possibilities to improve your take at it. As with the guitar, you never tire of it - you can grow with it.

    12:30 i dont see the reason to go from a 2 string bar to a 5 string bar on the same position, might as well have the 5 string bar from the beginning of that shift

    Destaco que en la partitura original la digitación de mano izquierda en el primer compás es Sol# con dedo 3, La con dedo 2 y Si con dedo 4. Aunque sea más cómodo tocar todo con dedo 4 no es la técnica propuesta por el autor.
    En el tercer compás en cambio el dedo 4 arranca toca el Sol#, nuevamente el dedo 2 toca el La y el dedo 4 el Si.
    En ambos compases el dedo 3 marca el Sol# sobre la cuarta cuerda.

    You show the last note in the 5th bar as an E, but the notation for this piece shows it as an F sharp...which is it? I'm trying to teach myself and this is really confusing me.

    • @EliteGuitarist
      @EliteGuitarist  7 лет назад

      It is an F sharp indeed. Thanks for being so detailed in your approach to this piece. During the recording I was working with an unclear manuscript.

    • @joefagan9335
      @joefagan9335 6 лет назад

      Many people put an E in there! But the F# is needed for the little walk E, F#, G#, A ending on the last note of bar 6; that is sublime.

    • @gabriel222
