All of these buildings in the front of these properties are brand new or within the last couple of years so the chances of that on these particular properties is minimal but yes, that’s always something to do before purchasing, do your due diligence. Thanks for watching.
I had a pizza at that very yacht club Nov 2021. That's about all I could afford there hahaha.
Dessert and coffee are extremely reasonable throughout the yacht club. Pizza and sandwiches are great options too.
A dinner out can be pricey.

There are HOA fees on all new properties, but they are exceedingly low compared to the US.
