I enjoy seeing any information online about Saranda. I love it there. Spent about 14 months in two stretches during the pandemic (winters 20/21 and 21/22) I lived high on the hog and rarely broke 1200 a month. I know now things have changed and prices have gone up. Still one of the best deals going, especially October through May. Cant wait to get back!
Thanks for this video. We had just watched it a couple of days ago and just arrived in Saranda and our first full day here today we walked into a restaurant and came across Jess (well we recognized Nike first actually!) and her camera shy hubby. Being a Kiwi myself it was an especially nice way to enjoy our first day here! Had to get photos of course ...
She’s such a wonderful person! We would love to see the pictures if you want to send them to us at warrenjulietravel@gmail.com I hope you enjoy Saranda 😃
Great video, I'm from nz too so was extra interesting. I relate to her relaxed take on Healthcare, as it's free here in NZ it's definitely not something we worry about like Americans do.
Good information and nice to hear that other people watch the nomad catalyst… I could not quite understand the speech when it was mentioned where the nomad capitalist Andrew Henderson, and you both have property… I might be interested in buying property there as well if you might divulge that info in writing so I can understand it… I’m a little hard of hearing well I’m kind of a lot hard of hearing… lol
You need to ask these people you interview exactly where they rent from and which websites they use b/c when I look, the apartment and houses are higher than what they say.
I hate to say this, but you’re not paying close attention. We already told you it was AirBnB, I also told you in the video to put in a maximum amount to rent in your filter., I also provided screenshot of searches I did yesterday before posting the video with available properties on the map. I did all of these steps, because we inevitably get a comment like this.
Three years ago I would have agreed with you. Unfortunately, life is very expensive now nearly everywhere. There are sandwich options and gyros etc for $5 and under, but sadly prices are increasing across the world.
Are you a US citizen? Americans can stay for 360 days then leave 90 days and return again for 360. There are additional visas and residency permits available.
As always, your video’s are informative. Thanks for the great video of Sarande, Albania.
So nice of you! Thank you for watching:)

😮 That's some incredible budgeting and living. Talk about getting some bang for your buck m😊👍💪💰😉🌞🍻
Quite impressive! Thanks for watching us 😊
That cold coffee looks delicious, and a fraction of what it would cost in the states. Probably a drink like that would be like $15 bucks lol
It was delicious and well worth the money and more!

Try local real estates they'll give you a good deal.
Cheeers🎉
😃
Can you share the cities in Albania you stayed in so we can research for a 3 month visit next month? Price range for rentals.
Sarande
The cost of rentals depends on the time of year. Summers are very expensive.
Did the lady mention what the yearly minimum required income for the business is. Or is there none?
I don’t think there is, but we can get you in touch with the experts she used if needed.
Ten bucks @ plate for that kind of food isn't that affordable. I believe claims that some countries are more cheap are very often Istanbul shit.

Retirement visas? Than,s
