I agree!! I have been watching the shorts for the last couple of days and I totally LOVE them!! It's straight to the point of it all. Without all the extra fluff. How can they make it interesting, suspenseful and GOOD all in 35 minutes or less? Brilliant concept!!!
hollywood are a bunch of idiots. they just keep remaking things already done or done to death
They are more realistic and keep you on edge without all the STUPID and UNNECESSARY so called Hollywood's special effects!!!!

This is a 20 minute masterpiece congrats Screamfest on this one. With this, you can easily do a part two and three.

I think that the psychologist is supposed to be the devil. She's dressed in red, she refuses to speak about God when the client brings him up, and she's tempting the client to commit murder. The psychologist also makes all of these offers, promising that by murdering her husband, the client will be free and will have a better life. To me, this is what's REALLY going on in this short film - the devil is taking advantage of a struggling woman's mental state and telling lies in order to convince her that murder is the way to go.
The title of the short firm is even "Burn" ... which goes along greatly with the saying, "You'll burn in hell."

This is a good way of getting rid of an abusive partner; and i'm not joking. One less toxic person can only make the world a better place.
Another A-FUKIN-MAZING vignette! Tight writing with no superfluous threads. The actors held just the right edge and the filming grips the protagonist's Damocles' sword. Bravo to cast & crew on this gem!

At first, I was speculating how it would turn out but couldn't point it at all. And yoooo, I wouldn't have guessed. I'm hyped off this. Ya'll put out some quality vids and I love it!
This was so damn good! I love the concept, someone that is already so broken down would accept "a way out". I wanted more, this should be a full length!
When I heard, "Are you frightened?", I couldn't help myself and responded with, "Well, you shouldn't be. Because you're on Scare Tactics!"
But seriously, this film was awesome!
This film is the modern day Strangers on a Train. But it inspires me the other way. “Why some people choose to kill themselves, not persons who cause them pain?” You are just one murder away.
This is the big question.
Because it's not "the person" who makes trouble, it's the "situation" from which we want to escape. And, moreover, Killing myself is far away easy than to kill anyone else.
I always been so fan of this short stories but this one was incredible so real and... fantastic in the same time, i hope all you're video are like this one im following you, you convinced me😊 congratulations great talent
Great film and plotline! The main character is right in that it creates anarchy to have people avenging each other's grudges or solving each other's problems through murder, but she and the others went along with it willingly so they can't put it all on the "psychologist". In fact, she didn't lift her finger to kill anyone at all, they took the opportunity at hand with open arms knowing full well what they were doing. So the would-be assassin should be a little less sanctimonious and judgemental imho.
Oh my gosh! This needs to be a full feature film. So good!
I'm so late to the comments but I just watched this and it's amazing. Hana looks just like the girl from the green inferno and knock knock.
Also, this was such an interesting idea. We've all seen women/men being abused in other movies but never anything like this.

I would have loved to see this as a full-length movie. It was so good! The plot held my interest, the lead actress was incredible and perfect for this role. She nailed it! It was a very intriguing storyline and I enjoyed watching it so much. It was more like an intense thriller as opposed to a horror film, but you don't always have to have gore for a movie to be good. Anyways thanks for uploading, and congrats on a job well done. I look forward to seeing more of these short films. A friend of mine told me about this channel and I watched about 5 shorts yesterday and then a few today, and I had to subscribe! I've loved every single film so far. You really know how to put all these different stories together and pick the perfect plot and cast! 👍👌
I can’t get right all at why such striking scripts aren’t on the big screen. Unfortunately whether you like it or not there are only the conventional ones released on the theaters instead excellent piece of work like this. I don’t use to question myself in vain but that thing has been puzzling me since I’ve met the channel: Why these shorts aren’t in the movies?

I've been watching short horror movies daily for a month now, this is on my top-3 for sure. And the main character is amazing!
This was an excellent short. Kudos to every single person involved in this film. All the actors are very talented, but especially the lead who got her husband killed. I’m surprised she asked the therapist what they should do now, instead of taking her out.
she had to take her out, I am sure she was screwing with the shrink's head b4 she blew it off!
Its hard to find a good therapist these days, thats why she asked 4 her professional opinion 😆
Terrific plotline! Great pacing and a knock-out final question and fade out. Inspiring! Great concept and a twist for hit-men . BOOM!

The psychologist asked the question I always ask about suicides when they're brought about by abuse (any kind) -- why hurt yourself? Why not hurt the responsible party(ies)?

The shocking thing here is what if your shrink were to offer you such a short cut solution to a divorce? Aside from that, it was an absolute tense little thriller. Loved it!

Moral of the story: DO NOT ask for your therapist's opinion. Just let them answer questions with questions😁. Jokes aside, I loved watching this - the actresses, whoa! Powerhouses of talent! And to the whole crew, your hardwork is much appreciated.
It was a bit triggering because I just came off a toxic affair - it lasted only a week but the guy managed to seduce me and then throw me away like garbage. I am consumed with rage, sadness and heartbreak. But watching this movie, gave me a new perspective - I value my life now; nobody is worth ruining my life over. Whether the guy gets his comeuppance or not, my life matters.

I don't get it, if the therapist is giving those cards out exclusively to a select few, and presuming they are all people who needed help like the protagonist, why would anyone want to kill the therapist?

...riding Amarie's coattails for a second...it's gotten to the point where I don't even look for full-length features any longer; writers today are accomplishing more in a short film. In fact, it's not that I don't enjoy a good story - of course I do - I love the horror genre - but everything has been done to death (no pun intended...maybe...) - look - I'm a simple creature - give me a decent plot, decent acting and a decent music score, and I'm pretty happy; more so now that I've further ensconced myself into a different sub sub genre (one way to look at it, I guess) of the horror genre...thank you to the folks at Screamfest, Alter, etc., and a big thanks to us, the freaky freaks - without any of us, I wouldn't be writing a really roundabout post to say I like what I see lol - THANK YOU!!!
