any chance you can make a video doing this in slow motion such as which knee goes up and at what position ( or a variety of ways to do to do it would be so helpful Glen is awesome but having something SLOW MO would be super cool ( You're awesome Sam thanks for doing all these videos!
I’ll see if we can make another at some point. Until then, the beginning IS demonstrated in slo mo while I’m explaining. There is no necessary lead knee. It is all about preference. It all comes from the hips. Some people lead with one side instead of the other, but more importantly, it’s about the timing of your release to get the hips moving upwards to buy you time to reach your upper body forward (basically changing position in mid air) if you do not release late enough you will not be able to catch the next bar in the correct position to pull thru because you will catch it in a vertical position and have no power to pull thru to the next move - hope that helps
