When dealing with an iPhone X, XS, XS Max or iPhone 11, 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max, there are some sensors that are required to be detected, in order for the iPhone not to restart.
These models require the Charging Port to be plugged in or else it will restart every 3 minutes.
iPhone X
iPhone XS
iPhone XS Max
These models require the Charging Port and the Power Button Flex to be plugged in, or else it will restart every 3 minutes.
iPhone 11
iPhone 11 Pro
iPhone 11 Pro Max
In scenarios where you have the appropriate flexes plugged in, but it still restarts, then you either have:
- Bad or damaged flex
- Low quality aftermarket flex
- Liquid damaged flexes (check other flex cables, like volume, camera, antenna, etc)
- Or it could be something else
In the video, I go through how to review the panic log files to get some clues that will point you closer to a possible solution.

Thanks so much bro
Thanks for your videos. My iPhone 12 Pro Max is 16 months old and it has restarted twice in 16 months. Is this a serious problem? Today it restarted while watching a RUclips video. Is this is a serious problem? Any fix for this?
Checked your list. Doesn't have this one "SOCD report detected: (AP watchdog expired)", from my iphone 14 plus
Nice and educational! Love this software, and thanks for all the links!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow, thank you so much! Thats awesome. I´ve had problems with the 11 series when using the laser machine! Always removed all components while using the laser machine, but still the phone would reboot after reassembeling! It make sense that its the power-button cable that was causing it! That you so much! :) :) :) Great to know how to read the panic log!
You're welcome. Check out my latest video on this topic: ruclips.net/video/V_GEGB0lerU/видео.html

Shout out to iphix belfast and thanks Mr. Cruz!

It's most likely the charging port

Thank you for the valuable info..
You're welcome!
tx for your tutorial! just yesterday i'm faced with a similar issue - except that my iphone X only keeps restarting when it's idle/locked every few mins for the entire day & night to the point i removed auto-lock to stop it as it's completely fine when it's not idle/locked. checked batt health, storage/memory, bad apps, etc. - everything OK so i thought the only final resort was to reset or send to the iphone service centre to replace some hardware parts. then i read somewhere to try to drain the phone batt and then recharge to 100%. i did this morning and amazingly - the problem seems to have been resolved!!! i hope it stays fine this way...
well explained ! i have a question tho, my panic report shows that : missing sensors mic2 prs0. i brought to the repair shop, changed the charging port, it only last for a day then it keeps restart again til today. do you know which part am i missing ?😅
Great video 👍 thanks

@@VCCBoardRepairs I have a 13 pro max that is stuck at the apple logo and flashes the home screen background every once in a while. Customer says phone is absolutely full of pictures. Is this something with a known usual cause ?

Thanks so much for this video mate and to Wayne the creator of panic log on windows 🙏, I seen a panic log come up on my phone just now. Becah it’s been restarting itself for no reason, well I thought it was a battery problem at first Buh thanks for the knowledge of this.
Now it’s time to run that PANIC LOGIN and troubleshoot this thing!
Excellent.. a question, I have a 14promax but at all times only the screen turns off, not the cell phone, and I have to wait for it to turn on again, any suggestions? I don't get the panic full files...
Great video!
Thanks!
nice info proff
Thank you for watching!
Hi, great video. Greetings from Romania :) I was wondering if you could also help me. I have a panic log from a Iphone 11 with indicates as posible issues Nand or Wi-fi. What schould I check? thank you
This man knows his stuff. SORTED THANK YOU 🎉
Awesome. Thank you!
How bro?
Watch the video. I literally explained everything in detail lol
Hi Jesse Cruz why did my panic log analyzer 1.7.0 say could not identify any issue?
Hi Jesse. My panic full log is preventing me from backing up my photos to iCloud. How can I fix it as I’ve already got a new phone. Note that my restart happens less often and my phone can function for 30 minutes.
Thanks for the tips
Hi and thanks for your great videos! I've changed the charging flex on my iPhone SE 2020, the issue didn't change - still 3 mins reboot from mic1 panic until last night I ran a diagnostic tool and it stopped rebooting for about an hour. When I verified that I had just ran a diagnostic app (phone doctor plus) that diagnosed all of the sensors as having good health. I don't know if that was a coincidence or not. Then it started rebooting again every 3 mins and then the morning after it again stopped rebooting and lasted about 20 minutes. Now it is back to rebooting again every 3 minutes. Ran the diagnosis just in case. The lower microphone works just great by the way, tested with iOS audio recorder app. Would you have any idea as per why is this happening? What would recommend as next step to look into? Thank you
Hi Jesse, thanks for all the great information. Its hard to find a good tech that knows how things actually work! Got my iPhone 8 at the store to be fixed and they replaced the IC chip/board saying that was the issue (keep restarting) Issue returned shortly after got the device back. Tried recovery etc nothing helps. Once I recover from backup or start as new device it works for a short amount of time then starts rebooting again and again. Any advise? Iil check the log as you mentioned and hope I find something there.
You'll have to review the panic log & see if you can find any clues to what's causing the restart.
greetings! I have an iphone 11 that reboots every 3 minutes. The information from the panic log appears in all the logs that I have Possible Issues
Charging Port Flex
Power Button Flex.
In 3utool I get this: Problem connecting CPU and peripherals, panic cpu x caller . So should I change the charging port for a new one and the power button flex or just make sure they are well connected? It should be noted that the device fell and the screen broke and it was replaced by a generic one. but the wifi does not turn on or the flashlight apart from the automatic restart.@@VCCBoardRepairs
Thanksss man ! this works for me :)
You're welcome!
Helpful👍🏼
Glad you think so!
You're my teacher great job
Wow, thanks
Great video! What if the panic log analyzer can't detect any panic logs? There are multiple panic full files...reinstall the analyzer? It's an iPhone 11 Pro Max.
i haven't seen that myself so i'm not sure. but the principle remains the same, check what the panic logs says & see what "missing sensors" are missing
3 times this man has helped me, thank you Jesse, thought I had a Nand issue, found out it was my PBF
Glad to hear that!
Thank you
You're welcome!
Hi can you please help with the diagnosis my iphone 13 is failing and i cant understand the panic logs. The service center guy says to replace the motherboard.

Awesome! Thank you!
This video? Was great
Jesse, checked panic log for se 2020 and said mic 1 sensor. Can you slave charge port? I did but still restarted. Does it have to be installed?
This is really cool information! Thanks alot for this video.
I'm glad it helped!

Really bro u save me thinks
Where can you order oem flex cable?

I’ve only had my iPad panic once. Dart USB error. What does this mean?
Hello, thanks for the video. I have tried to download the panic log analyser but my Windows 10 Computer will not allow it. I get a message saying 'INSTALLATION HAS FAILED - there was an error while installing the application. Check the setup log for more information and contact the author'. I have reported that the app is safe and have checked 'run anyway' but it still will not download. Do you have any ideas how to make the software download it? Thanks
Never ran across that, so i'm not sure. Do you have another computer you can try it on?
Is maybe your anti virus software blocking it?
Nice one, actually what took me come across this is because am facing this 2 to 3 minutes rebooting issue on iPhone 12 pro max, so by follow this instructions on this video I think I'll get to the bottom of the issue. Thanks
Oh that's great! I'm going to make a guess that it's the charging port most likely.
So you'll see "Missing sensors: Prs0" or "Mic1".
I can install the program on my PC windows 7 error ( setup-exe-entry point not found)
Hey, I finally installed the program and you guess is right what I got is prs0 as you said so am going to replace the charging flex and I'll give you feedback
Make sure it's an OEM or Premium flex
Thanks so much the phone is perfectly working now actually I service the charging flex with alcohol spirit because there’s signs of liquid on the vibrator clip
Followed your video and panic lig said Mic 2 so I ordered a new power button flex. Will let you know how it turns out. TY Jesse.
Jesse, the power button flex fixed my problem like you showed us on this video. I was able to download ios update w/o phone restarting. TY for your help.
great!
i restored my iphone, so i need to set it up before i can access settings and view the panic logs. My phone restarts before i can get thru the setup problem
Is there a way around this?
Thanks! I have "Missing sensor(s): TG0B TG0V" What is likely to cause that?
The phone is unable to read the battery data
Hello Coach. First of all thanks for your videos.
My Idevice Panic Log is not detecting my iphone SE 2020. Im having the 3 minutes reboot problem. Its actually interesting because it detected once and never dectected anymore.
Do you have any clue on what it could be?
Thank you in advance
Does 3u tools detect it?
That a great vid, so what about Missing sensor : TG0B? the problem is on Charging port right? because am facing this issue right now. I'm using iPhone 6s plus with IOS 14.6 IDK if it a software problem. also I cant updated it because randomly restart I tried to update on iTunes but it still restart :(
That means there's missing battery data.
So it could be the battery
The battery connector
Or an issue with the battery data line circuit
Yay, for MobileSentrix!
they're great!
You know where to buy a power flex in Australia, I bought few they don’t work, flash light turns on but it still reboots
I'm not sure. I buy mine in the USA
Hai
Thanks for the information. I have same issue on my iphone 11 pro. As guided by you in this video it is showing that “Refresh Count over limit error”. Could you please help me to fix this issue.
i'm not sure.
Is there a version of the analyzer for mac? Feels ironic that the apple iPhone analyzer is only available for windows computers.
Currently, this tool has only been developed for Windows. It was created by an independent developer, so that's why it's made on Windows, not Mac.
Nice explanation
Thank you!
Hi how are you brother I have one iphone x turn off after 2 or 3 then not turning on unless I have to remove battery flaxy and put back when go's off then not even charge
Try a new charging port.
what is bug type 210 iphone?
Is this the same for iPhone SE 2020? Because I get missing mic1 sensor after not as high drop that even left no signs outside
Check out this video about the SE2020 3 minute restart

hi jesse it's showin that the possible issues are crystal,NAND,Wi-Fi Module or interposer what can i do?
i dont know
AMAZING information. Comment for the Algo
Appreciate the algo bump! Thank you
Hello bro can i send you my panic logs for you just to see what's the problem please
Hi. What does missing censor: tgob mean. I already replaced battery but keeps restarting
It means battery data is missing. check the connector for damage
Hello Jesse, thank you for the video, its very informative. I'm wondering if you can help me?
I recently repaired the back glass of my Iphone 11 with a heat gun (300 degrees). I removed the motherboard during the heating but foolishly I left the flex cables connected. So when I reconnected the motherboard it began restarting every 3 minutes. The panic log shows missing sensor mic2 prso, AOP Panic (no pulse on ox113b3a0 - audio), missing sensor(s): TG0B TG0V.
I inserted the motherboard in to a different iphone where the flex cables were perfectly fine and it still rebooted every 3 minutes? But the motherboard was working before I changed the back glass and I did not expose it to heat at all.
Any ideas as to why the motherboard still has the panic logs on it on a different phone? Thanks 😊
What is the panic log error when you have the motherboard in a known good housing?
If you get to the end of my video, I also mention about measuring the power button lines to see if there's a disconnection ok the motherboard
Hello! I hope you respond to this. When i do this and saw that my logs say "missing sensor(s) TG0B TG0V" what are those mean?
Those are generally related to the battery or battery data line.
Thanks man, Great video . Where are you based?
Thank you! Las Vegas NV
Hello,mine is showing me SD-1 Bc-1 missing sensor,Prso
What does it mean I should do?
Hi. Did you get a chance to watch the whole video?
Hello! My iPhone Xs MAX is restarting the same way and says missing sensors TG0B TG1B. Shoud i raplace the battery or the charging port?
TB0B is usually a battery issue. i"d try a new one & see if that solves it.
Hey Jesse, I have a panic log called sensor array I don't know what that is and my phone restarts once in a while

Hey what does kernel data abort mean ? And can you please let me know a solution. I just bought it like 2 months ago. Its iphone 12. It ll be very helpful if you would reply
That's not enough information to know what's going on. If you're not a tech, I'd recommend taking your phone to repair shop to have it diagnosed.
Thank you so much for your information. This is super helpful. Can you please help me check what the problem is?

hello, what to do if the panic log says this one, missing sensor TG0B (the device does not see the battery)
TG0B usually means a bad battery or some battery data line issue
Great video one of the best I've seen. Can I ask if there is no log called panic log does that mean the phone hasn't rebooted at all?also how many days do logs stay on there for ?
Thank you!
If there's no panic log, then it's safe to say it is not randomly rebooting
Or it's losing power and that's why it rebooted.
Panic log is for a software induced reset, where it can generate the log, then restart.
The panic logs stay there forever until you restore it.
@@VCCBoardRepairs thank you ❤️
Hi jesse, on my iPhone XR, it says missing sensor(s): TG0B TG1B. What does that mean?
I cover this in my latest video: ruclips.net/video/V_GEGB0lerU/видео.html
hello Iphone 11 pro max 3 days ago, it stopped by itself once, I pressed the power button, it came on, this happened once, would it be a problem and panic full error was reported on the same day in the settings
if it only happened once, i would say maybe just a software glitch.
is it can resolve if i reset all content and setting on my iphone xr? my problem was it hang and keep restart again and again after 10 second. ive done checking on analytics and there is a lot of panic here. i no longer to use idevice panic log analyzer. so how?
i'm not sure i understand your question.
hey man iam getting only panic-base logs and phone randomly restart
its very random like 1 day without restarting or hours
the bug type "210""timestamp"
panic string: Unexpected soC(system)watchdog rest occurre
d after panic save chip reset initiated
can you help me please❤
Hi jesse please reply to me, i did what you have said but in the possible issues it said " Could not identify any issues" but its still restarting. what could be the problem? pls help
Hi. Well it's hard to say without looking at it myself. if you're not a technician, I'd recommend stopping by a local repair shop to have them help you solve it.
Hi Jesse I checked the analytics and it says "panicString" : "panic(cpu 4 caller 0xfffffff013ba23f0): \"i2c0::_checkInterrupts error interrupt;
What error is this?
Check the i2C0 line.
