7:38 For "stud not on top", you can also refer as "SNOT", to shorten the text next time xd and for these, they can be called "brackets", since they lean down half a plate to the side, you know? Unlike the snot bricks normally or the "headlight brick", that is a 1x1 snot brick half a plate indent. There are many slangs and jargons for lego pieces and stuff, so don't worry, it does take some time to get used to lmao

I did know SNOT. But as I have an accent I feared some viewers might be confused of what I’m talking about 😅
I didn’t know how the others are called. Thanks for letting me know 🤓

Cool idears but why do u use a grid with different colours i was planning to only have the studs as placable option without the extra change of color

Great video, i really love all the ideas you have for lego d&d! i also would love to see some custom dnd monster brickfigs or just minifigures maybe an idea for next video!

How did you like the modular monster or the 1 Set = 10 monsters video? Is that the right direction?
Would love to do more on that.

@critbrick yes i really liked the 1 set 10 monster video idea maybe try that on a harry potter set people also really like to see custom minifigures for dnd monsters or npcs.

Yay! Another Saturday, another vid! I hope you are better now.
I‘m assembling my modular tiles atm, its super satisfying when you just click them together and apart 😂
    Edit: HYPE!

This will come in super handy once my party decides to leave the wild and actually enters a dungeon!

I had my party stick to the city til recently. 😅 but they managed to avoid all dungeons until now.
Have you built maps for the wild?

Well my player/wife is a ranger probably about to multiclass into a druid and it's a very open world so she loves to explore the forests. I have some maps for the wild but way less modular than your system. more like little dioramas to immerse yourself in

Thanks 🙏 You don’t want to know how many mispronunciations I need to edit out of Videos where I try to name bricks 😅

Thanks, just what I was hoping to see! I'll come back with some pieces and pause the video to try and replicate the last staircase.

Great video. I liked all three stairwells, particularly the last one with the snot to add variety to it. I am going try to build some of my own soon.

Do you post instructions for these builds anywhere? Trying to reconstruct from your video can be frustrating!

Could you show us your brick link or set up a "useful" parts list. Id be great to utilize your builds!

    • @critbrick
      @critbrick  Месяц назад

Good idea. In my collection the most parts that I wanted as addition where SNOT bricks (as I didn’t have any) and the 2x1 bricks that look like actual bricks for color and mood.
I’ll try to come up with a list and will share that asap.
