Who is the lady who used to do custom lures when you first started? Is she still doing lures. Love your work. I have been watching you off and on since you started.
I have found out that if you put that comb in a cup of boiling hot water, you can straighten it out flat by putting it between a couple of pieces of board and putting something heavy on it for a few minutes
Talking about the hair clip? The hair clip has a small curve to it, so it's touching at both ends but slightly off the bait in the middle. Airbrush on the other-hand can be anywhere from right up almost touching the bait to 6" away depending on what the application is. Hopefully that answered it!
I can see why all the attention, I'd be confident throwing that bad boy all day. Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year to you and your family 👍😷👍
Not 100% on colors for walleye buy getting a pack of primary airbrush paints is where I would start. Gives you the basics and you can grow your pallet from there👍
@@BakerBuilds Well it’s more while applying stencils like you just used. It’s like even after I heat set the paint doesn’t adhere to the bait well. I tested with tape and it came right off
@@BakerBuilds well that was my next thought. Most of what I’ve been doing now it just repaints. I’ll remove old paint with windex/alcohol formula. Wipe em then spray. I guess I need to scuff em
Nice bait. Thx for the detailed explanation
I’ll do some of these, also something with maybe gold/orange/yellow with the black back. Dunno
Love the vids just getting started where do you order hooks rings and eyes from

Hey you too! And thank you!
Very nice work
Thanks Terry!
Im not big on transparent baits jist don't catch much on them. I think with a pearl white or titanium base that would look awesome too
Great looking pattern(s)! 🔥
Thank you!

Greetings from Chile, ask, how do you apply the resin so that it is so perfect?
I’m using a two part epoxy resin from Promise Epoxy. Video coming soon!
@@BakerBuilds Do you apply it with a brush or deepin?
@@mickybaits applied with a brush 👍
Beautiful colors! I do have a question..
I’ve noticed I scratch mine up pretty easily? Anything I can do to prevent that from happening?
Scratching them when painting?

@@clintjenkins13 do you prep your baits? That can make a difference on how well the paint sticks

I would 100% scuff them. Really fine sand paper or maybe steel wool should do the trick 👍
Hey baker, can you put that website up for those wicked eyes please?! Btw another bomb looking lure my guy 🤝🏼
Here ya go boss! Thanks!

How long do you heat set? My paint is still way to sticky even after hours
What kind of paint are you using?
How do you do your logo on the bottom
Waterslide decal for inkjet printer 👍
How'd you find the action on those blanks? I painted a couple and they just blew out even crawling them, I was super frustrated
Going to try for a swim test video soon!
😂well I see never mind how much should I cut it I will purchase the harbor freight ivanti
Man how are you filming yourself?
I think your channel is somewhat missleading. You don't build lures, you paint them which is not at all the same thing. Nate Marling you aint lol
You suck dude
