Thank you, Raad. The construction period of the 46/35 intersection will be painful but, it is sorely needed. Do you have any updates on the timeframe of the Farmers Mkt in Solm's Landing?
Agree. And no update on the market. I think we should see more commercial growth in 2024 due to FEDS announcement backing off on rate hikes and planning for three rate decreases next year. That means commercial loans won’t be double what they were and we should see commercial movement. Now, JMO, the developer may wait until the multifamily complex is complete and the cottage homes before starting the next section to include farmers market.
Way too many apartments indeed. I was born and raised in Texas. If I wanted to live in Austin, I would have moved there haha. Having been stationed in other states while in the military, I’ve seen areas like New Braunfels get absolutely destroyed with rapid growth. Crime also rises in areas that get way too populated. I just hope that NBTX isn’t destroyed and loses its historic culture.
@@delinthecity unfortunately that's exactly what is happening.. a good number of people from Austin are selling their homes for a huge profit thanks to California buyers and are moving down here. Even the homeless problem is starting to spread, there's an encampment in San Marcos behind the Walmart and I just saw 2 people at the intersection of FM 306 and SB Frontage and they were actually walking through the line of stopped cars for the light with signs. And apartments are only going to make things worse.. I had a friend from the Boston area visiting and he was like there are so many people around here. Even called it New BraunHells and he's right. Infrastructure to support the current population, definitely.. Apartments to further increase it quickly NO
@@raadalawanrealtor We came from living in Old Town Sugar Land near the airport to Old Town Gruene near the Dance Hall. Everyone in Sugar Land enjoyed low taxes because of the revenue the airport paid to the city. The airport expanded and more big money came in. Most of the land was already developed and multifamily units were not an option. We miss Sugar Land because of so many nearby options, but are looking forward to New Braunfels growth, mines the multifamily units.
So sad. New Braunfels was great the way it was. Its going to loose its country feel. Stop building. I want to see land not buildings and more highways.
Please check into getting (Chedders) into old ( Los Cucos ) restaurant.

I live near the airport and hoping to some day have a private jet and fly from there. : -). Thanks for the weekly updates.
That would be convenient
Great video like always, no surprise!
Thank you 🙏🏻
I wish Alamo Drafthouse would re-open in New Braunfels.
What did you like best about Draft house ?
@@raadalawanrealtor The food… and that they kick people out for talking during the movie.
@@juliantijerina1066 definitely food service and I do recall somone getting tossed for talking
Waaaaaayyyyyy too many apartments. Horrible. That many people are looking to rent? We should be getting more grocery stores instead.

Not happy! We are going to run out of water due to so many droughts. I am at Canyon lake. Crime has gone way up since the growth. I hate it.
Even with the drought, Canyon Lake has enough water for decades to come.
