    Great explanation!
Question, if I'm looking to get a DTV soft power to train Muay Thai, can my wife be on a DTV dependent to me? Thanks!

Hi, could you please elaborate the type of seminars that would qualify under the DTV visa? I am a teacher, so i presume any education related seminar would be suitable for my portfolio. Secondly, do I need a proof employment letter if applied online? Finally , how much is the Siam Legal DTV service fee for online applications. Thanks

How can I confirm that a letter of acceptance gym will be recognized and accepted by the Thai government for the DTV visa application?

The company needs to be registered under the Department of Education. they do this to prevent fly by night, pop up businesses producing the necessary documentation.

    Hi there !
    Great video as always !
Please if I’m not staying in Thailand up to 90 days - like when I enter Thailand I got 180 day stamp - then I stay for 2 weeks ( 14 days) and exit - then I didn’t comeback to Thailand up to the 180 days expired ( like I comeback after 9 months) .
Do I still need to do the 90 days report ?? If yes how I can do it while I stayed only for 14 days and out of the kingdom for 9 months??
Or in such case I don’t need to do it at all ??
Thank you and looking forward to your response.

Thank you for your message and for the kind words on the video!
To answer your question, if you leave Thailand after staying for only 14 days and do not return within the 180-day period, you do not need to do the 90-day report. The 90-day reporting requirement applies only when you stay continuously in Thailand for 90 days or more. Since you exited the country before that period, the 90-day report does not apply to your situation. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out!

I have gotten my DTV at the Royal Thai Embassy... Is there any kind of Card to be given upon in Thailand?? Because my passport will expire in 2 years time. So I think if there is an option to get a card it's would be better even in case the expiration of the passport the card is sufficient enought to show at the immigration

@@kabirulalo908 There is either a PDF file you need to print out if the visa was issued electronically or a visa sticker if you applied in person. There is no DTV card in existence. Hope this helps!
