Beautifully written tale, evokes a sense of childhood mysticism and imagination. I really enjoyed the talent of the different voice actors and sound effects - they helped to make the world and story feel very alive and easy to envision.
I really enjoyed this story!! Bravo to all the talented narrators who made this wonderful come to life. And I also loved the music! Great job everyone 👍🏼

This channel is amazing. There’s always so much effort put into the voice acting, production, and story writing. This story evokes powerful imagery and really makes me feel like I’m in an enchanted winter forest. It reminds me of the Chronicles of Narnia and the old Christmas claymations that I watched as a kid.

That was a sweet change of pace and so well scripted as well as narrated . Made me remember my own woodland adventures as a child :)
If walking at an average pace of 2.4 miles per hour, it would take Laren and Danny about 29 hours to walk 70 miles. And if time in the forest it an hour per second in the normal world, Danny would only have been gone for 29 seconds. His mother wouldn't be worried about where he had been.

That lying to your parents about where you are going, and what you intend to do, is OK 👌!
Going into a forest (or a wooded "park"), by yourself as a child, is just a "harmless" adventure! Especially when your parents have no clue where you've gone.
And last but not least, entering the home of a random "kindly" stranger, all by yourself, will undoubtedly result in a wonderful, happy ending for you. Because after all, you are desperately "needed", to help rescue "lost children."
No, NO, and F NO! Who the hell wrote this? Remember kids, "Santa" is also an anagram for someone else. Help "save Christmas", by always minding your folks, and telling them the TRUTH.

Voice acting and sounds are well made and pretty great.
Here's some hopefully constructive criticism:
The writing focuses too much on fancy language that it doesn't use that language in the proper context a few times. It also leaves out important details and makes barely any logical sense even with the fantasy genre. Also, Danny uses advanced language that no child would use normally.

Here are my issues with this story: The kid doesn't play an active role in the climax, the message "Christmas is about giving" doesn't actually emerge from the actions taken to win the day, and the good characters are also so pleasant that we don't really feel like this is a world that lost all hope and needs to be rescued.
However, the voice actors and sound editing were all impeccable.

Chilling Tales for Dark Nights yes something to listen to at bedtime. I love this mans voice.
I started listening to the story, it went on for about two minutes then commercial #1, annoying. I was strapped in my physsical therapy machine for cancer recovery and so could not get out to hit skip add, bang commercial #2, about Swiss alp hiking. could care less but wa trapped into listening to the inane tour guide talk about scenes I could not see for 24 minutes. I WILL NEVER EVER SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR STORIES NOR LISTEN TO ANOTHER ONE. EVER!!!
