I'm so glad that someone is finally telling the truth about Kimberly. People constantly downplay her as low tier and these same people either main her or haven't played a really good Kim player to know that she is EXTREMELY annoying to deal with once she gets in.
Half her pressure is fake, and that would be fine, if she had a good defensive option or a couple good buttons but she don't. I get why people think she's annoying, is frustrating to deal with getting put in the corner like that and not know how to get out. But Kim isn't good.
Disagree about Ryu. He should stay where he is and I'm saying that as a Ryu main. In fact, his position of Ryu and Manon are spot on. Manon has a very difficult time against Dhalsim, and against Kimberly, Manon is completely overwhelmed as Kim can can switch to 3 different options from one execution and can also DR from standing medium kick.

Wait what? Luke was the single most nerfed char in the big balance patch. Unique additional scaling on 2MP (also carrying +3 whiff recovery from the previous patch) and 2HP, 2HP anti air property nerf, range reduction, no more DR 4HK into DR 4HK combo, reduced range on multiple buttons, 5MK became 8 frame and nerfing the hitbox/hurtbox of j.HP. That was not a meta change only, he genuinely just got a lot worse. And for losing mus: He has multiple ones and basically wins no mu against any toptier. Chun, Cammy and Ed are considered hard losing (like 6-4). Luke loses to Akuma (that one maybe worse, but lack of intel still), Rashid, Gief, Ken and possibly Bison. He is for sure not neutralizing most of the meta.
I feel like Honda is a lot stronger than most think. Beyond headbutt and butt stomp, he's got some decent harassing ability plus a command grab you gotta worry about
This is pretty accurate. The only thing I say from this is Zangief should move down between Deejay and JP. Once thing for sure is this list kinda proves that there are two games within SF6. There is the mid and low tier that are balanced between each other, and there is a the Top and High tier character that are balanced between each other. When you matchup any mid low tier to any high and top tier character you can really see they are playing two different kind of SF games. The SF game designers got a lot of work to do and buffing everyone further isn't the answer. The real answer to bring a stronger balance and call out for more sensibilities is to nerf all the Top and High Tier characters to bring them to a better balance and fairness in match up (JP, Luke and DeeJay buffs should have never happened). That's the way to do.

For example, Ken is High tier and all you did was list his strengths but didn't explain why he's not in Top 5. Same for literally every character, no in-depth explanation just regurgitating what the community already knows.
Some characters like dhalsim you look very consider to decide, so you shouldn't rating him for sure, let whoever actually played and understanding, this is the most mistake of all tiers list on RUclips , they are just making content not expertise

(4) Since game launch till now and excluding Kusunagi, we have never ever seen Ryu rank in the top 30 of any major tournament. So no, it's not about people not using him right. Ryu simply has even a negative or even match to every single characters in the game baring Manon. Ryu players such as Jimmy (who hasn't even got far in any Pro Tour tournament), Machoor (who won a local but nothing else), Daigo (who still left Ryu after revisiting him multiple times), Semy (who didn't qualify to CP), and so many more who are considered great Ryu players has all said the same thing, which is you need to operate at 180% just to get the same result of your opponent that is operating at 100%. Ryu is a great character but no matter how you look at it, how you spin it, and even if you try to accept the exceptional with is one person (Kusunagi) against millions of others, Ryu is fun to play online but he is not tournament viable enough and still cannot hang with the top tier that always hits top 15 rankings in every tournament there is. So yeah. That's that.

Zangief placement might be right but fighting him he feels like S Tier. Stand HP is crazy good, he eats your drive meter, parrying is risky
