On 34 criminal counts, no time, no fine or probation.
On the matter of the dozens of times the defendant consecutively was in repeated contempt to the court, it's officers and witnesses I hereby give sentence of 30 days incarceration for each blatant account of contempt by the defendant recorded by the court totalling 12 instances effective immediately at the end of these proceedings. Had the defendant not exasperated and escalated a wonton attitude to disobey court orders, he would have left the court today no worse for the wear.

It’s an unprecedented situation for the American political system, but most Americans who voted for Trump were aware that he was a felon. This approach allows the system to settle Trump’s case without interfering with a public process that millions of Americans supported. Non-violent felonies, which were also victimless, have a high likelihood of minimal or no jail time for any convicted person. While Trump might have faced jail time if not elected, the significance of the American vote outweighs a single instance of justice for minor crimes. Additionally, the law prohibits felons from possessing guns, except for singular possession on their person, but this doesn’t apply to running a military in any law.

With 34 felony convictions the Uniform Code of Military Justice might have something to say about it. Essentially, military law is a separate legal jurisdiction from the Supreme Court's jurisdiction, hence the urgency to stop the convictions. The military has a strict rule about convicted felons in their ranks...

😢 AWARENESS: First, good “ultimate” decision on the Supreme Court to deny appeal under reason number 1 at least for the moment it maintains a little bit of separation of our legal and government systems and offices (although a 5-4 vote is perplexing Id like to read the dissenting view 🤔). Reason 2 is pre-emptive and a backdoor judgement because an unconditional discharge has NOT been officially sentenced so it presumes that it will be which basically directs the judge to impose such OR then, because it’s a denial decision not a Supreme Court judgement, if the sentence is anything but an unconditional discharge Mr Trump could appeal to the Supreme Court again. Secondly, Under precedence many convicted felons who have held high status or favorable public status were sentenced framed in the idea of setting an example of them, regardless if it’s their first conviction. It’s been deemed that those who enjoy high public status are expected to treat such status as a public trust and behave accordingly. Those to whom much has been given, equally much is expected. Thirdly, the fact that he is a former president and currently president elect does not escape me. I served 36 years in the military 13 as an officer and I am fully aware of the repercussions of convictions and sentences upon high ranking officials, the President being THE Commander in Chief, and how such will resonate precidentially and what it would do to the need for “good order and discipline” within the ranks (ie you can imagine how all young troops convicted of breaking only one of the same laws in a state could ask for unconditional discharge based on the example set by THE highest ranking commander in chief 🤔). Personally AND professionally speaking, I would prefer to see a “suspended sentence” not an unconditional discharge. To me THAT would be a more equitable outcome parallel to a person with no previous convictions. The purpose of the suspended sentence is to put the convict on notice that any future illegal behavior of any kind could immediately impose the current sentence upon them in addition to any future sentence. Even a cursory review of past cases will reveal that this is the typical action taken upon first offenders. And the Supreme Court decision does rightfully make mention of the fact that the “normal” appeals process is capable of handling whatever sentencing that is made. We shall see what the outcome is and its collateral repercussions following.
