My favorite flying boat in the world is the Sikorsky VS-44A and I finally saw a model of it at 16:23. I’m overjoyed since I work at the museum where she rests.

Scale is for looks and real planes. These are RC. If you scaled them they would weigh 10 times what a full size should weigh. Theres no room for error as well. If youre flying slow and one of these engines goes out its all over. Its really tiring to hear people like you. You must have never flown an RC or full suze plane.
@@krotchlickmeugh627 been flying RC scale since the 80s and PP but whatever. Let me rephrase my comment. Flying as close to scale "safely" with great scale aircraft like these is a beautiful thing.
@@sketto1283 nah its shit. Been flying 15 years and if a dc-10 flys scale you might as well have never built it. You want scale learn how to build feather light aircraft and go indoors.

This meeting takes place in july every year at a place called Dragsängarna, near the town Leksand, in Sweden.
