exploring, looking for inspiration, if you want some look up Yusaku goto. small Japanese creators are the best. as for your music its very good, though in my humble opinion you should make it a little more human, maybe offset some of the notes, maybe play around with the velocity. and the most important, just have fun and experiment while not thinking about music theory, maybe use some notes out of the scale, it brings a lot of tension to the piece, but with tension comes the best release ; )
though my opinion can be biased because I love Jazz lmao

@@maikeirusempai118 Thank you for the inspiration and recommendation, Yusaku Goto creates some truly wonderful orchestrations! 😊 Your feedback on my music is greatly appreciated. While I strive to adjust the velocity of each note, the constraints of sampled pianos can sometimes pose a challenge (leaving little choice, really) in achieving the precise expression I desire without compromising other elements. Experimenting with note offsets and varying velocity is certainly on my radar, as well as delving into techniques such as voice leading, counterpoint or humanizing techniques. However, it's all about striking the right balance between creativity and optimization. Thus, during editing, I primarily focus on voice leading, velocity, and tempo adjustments. Naturally, I aim to humanize each piece even further, but regrettably, it would demand considerable time.
Once again, thank you for your insights!

analyzing, trying to make one of these myself but I really can't do the melody part and when I found a nice-sounding chord progression it just fails at the melody part. I'm always stuck in a 4 bar loop of piano chords and it frustrates me so here I am, trying to analyze patterns and more.

From my experience, it's often better to start with a melody and then harmonize it. You can hum a melody or just play one with your right hand, then add some chords with your left hand. Starting with harmony can make writing a good melody challenging because it feels more restricted. Keep experimenting and you'll find your flow! 🎹

Good but add some base, kick and snap, clap etc. i mean it will be more awesome. It is really good.

Hey there! It's actually pretty funny that your comment got snagged by a word filter. 😄 It seems like you used some words from a youtube "black list".
I'm interested only in classical composing, so I use classical instruments. Currently, I'm sticking to composing for piano in smaller and medium-sized forms. But hey, I'm not opposed to experimenting with orchestral alternatives for that 'base, kick, and snap' vibe you're talking about. Who knows, it might just add a whole new dimension to the piece. Appreciate your input!
