also: if you craft gemstone gauntlets and slow sell your ruby on ah (assuming 15m per gauntlet and 103k per gold block)
a flat 37m/hr becomes 39m/hr, and slow selling gauntlets after a fiesta would be 350m+ in 5 hours (assuming 30 mins to setup your cycle)
yeah gauntlet crafting can be good. especially for if you're not carp 50
@@Implodent crafting gauntlets for 6% more profit was sweaty as hell but it's worth the funny bigger number
the one benefit jade mining has over ruby is the lack of need to clear out an area to mine
there are a lot of jerks that will just join you while mining jade tho :/
yeah but you have to find a lobby thats empty
if you have a private ruby spot it will take less time to set up and find because nobody ever takes it. you also don't get griefed
Hopefully this isnt a ping issue but with basically hypermaxed gear, my only upgrades left for jade mining would be a divan drill upgrade, a better fuel tank, and about 20 more levelups in professional. I make on average about 21m/h on 105ms, am I doing something wrong or is ping just killing my tickrates and kneecapping my hourly rate
ping is probably doing a good bit, but it's probably also a lot of skill issue. You might not be 11 ticking as well
ping is pretty massive for gemstones
if you can let's say 12 tick jade, it takes 0.6s per block, but if you're lagging, stuff can sometimes feel like 1s, or when your internet is garbage, then it can feel like your mining speed is like 1-2k
@@lool8421 I'm sitting about the same as @sause for gear and hotm, and do 15m per hour on my ruby route. My internet is all over the place so I can sometimes get over 20m per hour even if the ping doesn't improve - if it only stays consistent and I time my moves from one block to the next.
Also note that the frontloaded bug has been fixed, so people should use a skymall tree

Ok idk what I’m doing wrong but I’m only making like 20mil per hour it might be that I’m just not efficient but idk and I use a max divan armour and a bal at lvl 100 without quickclaw and a max 655 without efficiency 10
it's most often a combination of ping and skill issue
A few questions how do u make 33m/h with ruby with nerfed prices, that would be 11m collection per hour. I am far from that at 18m/h with ruby (Skycript: K8ba if it helps).
And why do u have 2 Divan Drills ? Flex or does it have a reason.
well, there are two answers
one: skill issue (this one is guaranteed, you just aren't very good sadly)
two: pings (depends on the player)
and i have two drills bc flex and double the fuel which is actually good for armadillo

Question, so I usually don’t have time to consistently mine and most of my mining will be in 40ish minute sessions so would it just be better for me to do jade? I usually find an empty jade lobby in 10ish minutes while ruby takes me 25 minutes to set up

If you didn't know you can infinitely mine ruby blocks now with bigger radius that gems respawn (I've heard you can make 40m per hour maybe more)

jade mining is still gonna be good
less ppl will interrupt mining jade and you don't have to waste time on setting up the spot
jade can take upwards of fifteen minutes to find an untaken spot
private ruby spots can be guaranteed setup in about twenty minutes max if you're good, and the spot will never be taken
private ruby doesn't get griefed, jade does super often, even if the person is just mining in the same spot as you.

Ye its wierd, but one thing is the effeciency/down time. Let me explain. The most effeceint way to mine would be to have an infinite block in front of you and just mine. In that way you dont have to move your mouse, you dont have to move, jump, tp around, which are all causes of ineffeciency, cause in that time you dont mine.
(these numbers may not be correct, but whatever). lets say u get 25 flawed per pristine, u get 1 pristine proc per block, u have mining speed which makes u mine ruby at 10 ticks, meaning 2 blocks per second. 25 flawed = 4800. times 2 cause 2 per second = 9600. times that by 60 seconds per minute = 288.000. times that by 60 minutes per hour, 288.000*60=34.560.000. Thats the kinda profit he's talking about, but if youre moving around 1/3 of the time youre only gonna get 22.809.000 per hour.
I who have a pretty decent setup can hardly manage more than 30m an hour (from 10min tests) from sapphire mining, but thats simply cause im too slow, unlike mister Implodent who has to wait for the veins to respawn because he is sooo effecient.

@@gemuseich7331 Understand aote mechanic helps (like standing on a glass block and wanting to warp up a block, depending on wether its a block or a pane, u will have to raise your mouse accordingly), but it also helps getting used to the route one is using. Otherwise no clue, as i said, im trash at armadillo mining.
jade mining is just inferior idk why so much people do it like ,you need a very expensive scatha ,most times someone is already mining jade and you get less pristine than in magma fields with bal ,why is jade mining so appreciated
idk it's easier to optimize and less effort

Sooo, about drills... They are bugged becuae of the fuel updates... So basically when you have a considered high ping you can skip to the next block and the previous one will still break, but with drills, it just resets the tick and it ends up totally messing up your mining speed boosts... It only happens to drills though (I have 655). What should I do

the item lore has to update, therefore the item does the little thing where the doll in your hand recedes and reappears. this process is lengthened massively by high ping.

when you move away from another block it is called ping gliding, and as you said, the drill fuel animation does reset.
as for what you should do, nothing, you just kinda have to suffer

bombs. if the bomb doesn't break the vein then it will respawn, so just mine the vein yourself then bomb

with full divan (maxed besides perf amber) and 655 (all parts no perf amber) and bal (no quick claw) 5.3m/3.5m powder im making 25m/hr with skymall 20m without is that me just being trash at mining or does divan drill help that much
divan drill will make a 5%-9% buff to your profits, depending on if it advances you a tick

10% of 33m=3.3m
33m+3.3m=36.3m
10% is still insanity, plus it pushes it over jade by a lot

i have 700k mithril and 1mil gemstone and made 5mil an hour so i can safely say you're all good

With half of that I could make 11m with divans and gauntlet so yeah
I have slightly less with only 1 piece of divans and basically only epic gemstones like 2 legendaru topaz im my sorrow divans and gauntlet i make nearly 10m per hour

armadillo still makes more per hour, but overall in a day idrk. it takes far longer to setup and gets griefed way more often

But it can take time to find good MoD lobbies, a lot of lobbies already have ppl mining there

you can grind a few of these out of structures or when powder mining, then you can use it along with neu to triangulate the structure position (or tell if mines are even a thing in this lobby), it's kinda weird to use in the beginning, but if you know how does it work, it can be a life changer
