    I love that you support non gmo! I have been keto for a couple,e of years now. I feel better eating lower carb but miss veggies and bread. I feel like God has been showing me lately that leaving out one food group is not supported in his word. This was a great video. I learned a lot. Thank you! BTW I have not heard any carnivores talk about being constipated and depressed. I’ve listened to a lot of them. They all talk about how great they feel. That being said I agree with the biblical concept of all the good foods God created for us to eat. Staying away from the processed frankin food and eating real food the key.

    Annette’s books are fantastic. So helpful and insightful. I was caught up in the confusion and chaos of all the voices on the internet saying you have to eat this way, no you have to eat that way! It was mind boggling and very defeating. Until I found Annettes books and I had a “duh” moment when I realized I had been looking in all the wrong places for answers! Why didn’t I even consider Gods Word as my guide? Everything just then made sense and brought a calm to my mind because there were answers, full of truth and wisdom from Gods Word. I enjoyed this conversation very much! Thank you for encouraging us to seek His way!

    I got my grain mill almost 3 weeks ago. I had wanted one for a while and God blessed me with one for my birthday! I can already tell a difference in how I feel. I don’t feel as bloated and I have lost at least 3 lbs. I have made bread, waffles, muffins, rolls and buns for sandwiches. I am trying to only eat wheat products from my fresh milled grains and whole foods. I just love it! I am only 45 mins from Breadbeckers and I can’t wait to go back! 😍 My husband is loving the things I am making and he is even telling others how good the baked items are! ☺️

    This is a great testimony and it’s exactly where I’ve also ended up in life.
    I started grinding my own wheat and eating just what God created. It has changed everything for me and I was the person who followed all the current diets for years thinking I was eating healthy.
    Now I exercise much less, don’t count anything and just eat real food along with fresh ground wheat bread. I have zero cravings any more and have a much healthier relationship with food.

Very hard to find those these days! I’ve done keto and low carb and generally feel better. But I don’t like having to eliminate so many foods! So I’m excited to learn that freshly milled grain is healthy! I truly believe God’s design is ideal, so I’m starting to mill my own flour and reincorporate some grains into our diet. Very short term test results differences aren't enough info for basing long term nutrition on. I am interested in learning how Bible times people prepared grains & other carbohydrates for best health, and what the Scriptures say about best nutrition. I don't see the Bible recommending avoiding all animal products for best health. I'll bet Adam & Eve & their kids could have been consuming poultry eggs & ruminant milk. The people with the lowest cholesterol test scores die the earliest, bcz the human body is made largely of cholesterol in every cell & there's no hormones without cholesterol. You don't believe government & mainstream media on morals or the origin of life, so why believe them about how the human body is to get most healthy? Much $$$ is at stake if people follow the Bible KJV about what foods & prep are most healthy to eat. I'm seeing in the Bible lots of Ruminant meat, dairy, eggs, fish, animal fats as very very healthy to eat, and many plant foods too, and a small amount of fruit and honey, not even close to as much as the government & their controlled puppet doctors & food labels recommend daily. I'm sure God would never recommend we consume the modern seed oils that were impossible before the industrial revolution, and against most or all of the modern chemicals used in farming & processed foods/beverages/snacks/etc.

      my wife went vegan in 2014. She initially had more energy. But fast forward 5 years, her health started to decline. I went vegan with her eventually and all my family said I looked awful.
      We then did keto and Weston price diet. Keto definitely wasn’t sustainable. Weston price is. Even with that, a wart formed in my nostril. My child was constipated. Then my wife nearly died from mold in the house and T2 toxin because of the county’s and builders’ negligence. Confirmed on MRI and lab work.
      The bread just took it all. The wart fell off within a month. My child is not constipated. My wife started to feel better, even before we got out of the mold. The bread came before the mold…right before the mold was exposed which makes it worse! The bread came just in time!
      We still have problems on our lab work from the mold, but we are alive and better still because of the bread.
      It’s been nearly 2 years now. Still going strong.

    I know the AB did a number on me..

    No eggs. Finally after 5 1/2 weeks I can lay down without throbbing in abdomen. Praise God. Before this happened, I was eating maybe too many whole-grain carbohydrates. I hadn't done that in years, but my husband really likes them a lot. And he doesn't have any gut issues, but I have had an offer for years. my natural path doctor told me to go off of all the FODMAP gluten dairy eggs, high fiber. Obviously, not everyone can do this. I also completely understand not being able to afford local, grass-fed meats. For me, I am whole food plant based and very happy. It works well for me. I grind my own grains, of course. I do not tell anyone to not eat meat or dairy. You do you. Make your own choices. For me, just because God allowed clean meats after the flood doesn't mean we should. Creation in genesis 1:29 was the ideal/perfect diet before the fall/sin. This is my conviction. I follow a couple of doctors who say that fat blocks/does not allow the glucose to enter the cell (where it provides energy), leaving the glucose out in the blood stream, which causes the levels to be high. I'm curious as to whether the reading would be different if the bread had been plain, without butter. Or after a couple of days without fat in the diet.

    • @GrainsandGrit
      @GrainsandGrit  2 месяца назад +2

      Of course eating bread raises glucose levels. That's the whole point of eating - your body wouldn't function without glucose. The point we're making is that we don't see the wild SPIKES in glucose from eating 100% freshly milled, whole-grain bread.

    I know so many people who have a fear of the bread. My adult niece has a fear of it despite her grabbing donuts and cakes at the grocery store on a regular basis.
    I know another woman with an non-verbal autistic son who shot down the idea fast on the account of his Crohn’s disease, mom mentioned at the end of our encounter that they were going to McDonalds to get fries (those potatoes are extremely gut disrupting pesticide ridden). What happened to his chron’s ? 🤷.
    I know another man and his wife who loved the bread, but then got bloated and said it was tearing his gut up and they didn’t proceed (swamp of despond if you know Pilgrims Progress). He later admitted to me months later that further functional medicine testing showed no gluten sensitivity in either of them. We know that temporary bloating is normal when you finally start feeding the gut biome.
    I know another woman who claimed that even just a tiny piece of my bread gave her a headache and that confirms she is allergic to wheat (this is not an allergy) yet she goes to Europe and eats bread all the time.
    I know another woman who says she is celiac, yet, she ate a donut off a plate I left at work, texted me and told me that it did not land her in the bathroom. She’s even ate a few more things since then, but then suddenly took a back peddle.
    I know another man….i could go on and on.
    I’ve concluded that there is a literal fear that based in the spiritual realm from satanic influence.

    • @StripedCheeseBread
      @StripedCheeseBread 2 месяца назад

      I also know a woman who couldn’t eat bread except in Europe. She pounced on the grain mill and can eat it perfectly. She’s getting better. She’s even tried the store bought frozen Ezekiel bread and reacts to it but not her own bread.
      I know a woman whose kids had headaches and anxiety. It was about a year since I talked to her on the phone and she told me her kids headaches just went away and the anxiety is gone and thought they “aged out of it” as they go into puberty. I asked her if she is still making bread and she exclaimed “I AM! 5 loaves a week.” And I said “that’s is probably why.”
      I know a woman with a son who seemed autistic and suddenly stopped playing and catching a ball near the end of his third year of life and sitting by himself. This occurred right after a commonly administered medical biologic. Who am I to tell mom she is crazy? Anyway, I told her about the bread and she went and bought wheat berries that same day. Fast forward 3-4 months, the kid spoke to me, tried to play with me. It took all I had within me to not cry because I’d of the Lord had done for them in providing them this bread.
      There is more too. I didn’t want to end my stories on glorifying Satan’s power with fear.

    Modern study results also repeatedly confirm along with the Bible that the mainstay of our diet should be whole grains like wheat.
    Carbohydrates, which make up the bulk of foods eaten in “blue zones” like the Mediterranean, literally cannot make you fat. The extra fat in your diet CAN make you fat, unhealthy, and insulin-resistant, but that’s only if you eat them in excess. (Particularly with higher carbs & protein)
    If you’re trying to lose weight, just eat mostly plant foods and forgo most added fat for a while. You’ll retain healthy water weight and good metabolism with whole starches like grains. And most importantly, you’ll feel satisfied like they’re saying in this video!

    There are no GMO wheat varieties in the US. You can say they are ‘organic’ in their fertilizing and treating for insects but don’t say they don’t grow GMO wheat. No one grows a GMO wheat in the US. Stating that makes us wonder what else isn’t completely honest in their advertising.

    The thumbnail says “yes, bread is good” because it’s in the Bible. I agree and totally disagree at the same time. Today’s bread is not the same as it was throughout history. They changed the wheat and the way it’s grown, it’s sprayed with chemicals, it’s got may more gluten now, the yeast we use is different plus there’s more additives if you buy store bought bread. But even if you make it at home and make your own yeast, it’s still bad flour.
