finally, someone playing BKP The Mule model in a more real-world style manner... rhythm playing, not just leads, and with some volume knob variation - great playing - great video.. thanks for posting! :)
I had some Mules in a PRS Singlecut. It’s by far the best neck PAF pickup I’ve ever heard. The bridge pickup is good too but some like a little more or less output or a different magnet.
Hi, I'm torn between the Stormy Monday set and the Mules. The Mules in your video have the kind mid range and clarity I'm looking for. I want to put them in my LP Custom. Do you have any experience of the Stormy Mondays? Thanks, Mathew
Hi there. Yes, I have experience with both. For me, the Mules come out on top, but they’re both excellent. My Seth Baccus Nautilus (check out that demo on my channel) has a Stormy Monday in the neck and it’s wonderful. Slightly lower output though. If you have any specific questions, I would suggest messaged BKP direct, on their website. A wonderful team to talk to 👍😻 Thanks and all the best.
sounds good.....nice guitar too.....cheers...might try some bare knuckles in the future...just bought and installed some seymour duncans for my prs SE se 594....big improvement too....
Thanks very much for the kind words and checking out this video. Appreciate it. If I was installing in a solid body guitar, I would have swapped out the wiring look for BKP, but there was no way I was going to attempt that with this guitar…nightmare! My understanding of the inner workings of how and why certain components affect tone and dynamics wouldn’t be able to back up any theory, but I do endorse what Tim Mills and his team promote and offer with their brand. Bottom line, find something that’s been well made and speaks to you as a player. For me, that’s Bare Knuckle. I haven’t tried a bad pickup yet. Definitely check out their website, they have lots of useful blogs regarding the art and science of pickups/wiring. All the best and thanks again 👍
Thanks very much. As always, I’m using my Orange Rockerverb Mark iii into a Two Notes Torpedo Live. For pedals, I love Suhr pedals. The Koko Boost, Shiba drive and Rufus Reloaded Fuzz.

That’s awesome to hear. Thanks very much for tuning in.
Knowing my RUclips content serves a purpose is very cool. 🙏 Thanks again!
Love the sound of these! Nice playing!

Awesome demo, Danny!

That’s incredibly kind. Thank you.
Wonderful tone and technique. Are these Mules potted or un-potted?
Thanks very much for the kind words. These pickups are potted.

Which model PRS is that? Very nice. Great playing! Thanks for the sweet video!
No worries, thanks very much for watching and for the kind words.
This is a PRS Hollowbody 1. 👍

Thanks for watching. Glad to hear you like the tones. 👍 Good luck on your tonal quest. It’s never ending 🤣
Sorry is that a semi or full hollow? I have a S-H PRS, and im considering bareknuckle pups to get a BIT more sustain, and preferably off the neck pup.
This is a full Hollowbody guitar. I’d always recommend BKP. Definitely check out the Boot Camp range too. 👍
Great tones and sounds. Question . Do you have to also get their wiring harness, pots and caps etc to fully take advantage of these pickups? Thanks
Thanks very much for the kind words and checking out this video. Appreciate it.

Sweet Hollowbody One! My SE SAS needs more articulate, more PAF tones than the 85/15S give me. These Mules might be an option.
Thanks for watching, dude. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍
Sounds really good! What rig are you using!

Great
