Azerbaijan had to intervene and finally seized the territories only for Pashinyan to claim russian peacekeepers berayed him even though he signed this part of his ow country away himself. Its just a huge pr stunt to subvert Armenians away from russia towards NATO. He basically hurt his own country on purpose just to have an excuse to move away from russia.

Germany and Japan have a population of about 84+125, about 210 Million people while Russia and Belarus together have about 142 + 8.7 about 151 million people, combined respectively. This means Russia and Belarus economy is a puddle of mud compared to the large pool of other economies. It makes sense why Belarus has problems having a video conference .

Your second sentence is also incorrect, as Lithuania (154.62 billions $), Slovenia (117.99 billions $) and Luxembourg (101.886 billions $) all have lower GDP PPP than Belarus (293.14 billions $).
