Riding THE WAVE at KIRKWOOD Mountain Resort | California

The Wave is in our opinion one of the best advanced trails at Kirkwood Mountain Resort. When the run is groomed to perfection its hard to find more exciting trail at the resort or even in the Lake Tahoe basin.

No way, they groomed the wave? I went not long ago and it wasnt groomed at all. So mamy moguls. I had to chicken out though cause the initial drop was too steep for me with the mogils right in front. Not at that skill level to jump over a ledge. There were some people who side slide down the edge but they were younger and braver. But damn, it would have been nice to go down a groomed wave.

Sounds like quite an extreme experience, the grooming made for an easy descent.
