I like the way you present the places. This penthouse is well done, but lacks a view. The living room was kind of vanilla IMHO. The bedrooms and bathrooms are better than the social area.
I see what you mean concerning the living room. The good thing from what I see is that the living room can be easily revamped to be as high class as the house itself. Though I must say that I really love the house and it’s location. The way it was presented is 👌.

This penthouse is very stylish. The gold finishes are an exquisite touch. My favourite feature is definitely the sauna shower room. Very nice.
