Bought SEQURE S60P soldering pen and with default settings set to all AUTO it negotiates maximum what it can. In most cases with powerful PD chargers it will be PD20 protocol which is 20V 5A and S60P does not work with it. It simply reboots because it trips the overload protection of power supply.
You need to change settings to manual and lover voltage or power to make it work.
JBC C210 soldering tips are about 2,2 ohm and JBC soldering stations feed this tip with roughly 12V. So it derives that approximate power of C210 tip is 65W. In ideal world S60P firmware should be implemented to limit the power source from source to tip at 65W. And that would help with overload protection of power supply.

Well the problem is that even if you do PWM the current still remains 10A but in impulses. The problem is that the duty cycle is probably too short to trigger the internal protection.
Do you still recommend this soldering iron? I want to use it alongside with T12 tips. Do you think that C210 or C115 would complement T12 better?

Hi. I was having the same issue with my 2 Sequre S99s soldering irons using original JBC tips.
The problem stopped using a Lenovo C135W usb c power supply. It is capable of correctly negociate the voltage and current with the S99s. Beware that the newer Lenovo C145W power supply don't work with these soldering irons, it must be the C135W model.
Another solution was to use a regulated power supply capable of delivering 21 volts at 10 amps. The maximum peak current that these soldering irons consumes is around 8 amps.

@Mozartf, thank you for sharing this.

Thank you for sharing how to resolve the issue but lowering voltage and power it simply makes it work to what have been set by the manufacturer. No advantage as such for users? As it would not increase efficiency or providing maximum Watt it can work to? Now you have used it would you still recommend this soldering pen.
