Back when I was 17 and on probation I did loads of dxm all the time (Dextromethorphan, otc cough suppressant and a powerful dissociative/nmda antagonist like PCP/wet/) and I remember on one trip I I fuckin lifted my borderline obese homie off the ground and carried him around for a good 5 minutes this dude was very overweight at the time and I was pretty frail from all the cough syrup, felt like nothing when I was tripping but the next day my back was fuccced.
