- Rainy Walk Through Tokyo in the Spring [4k]
Wednesday, April 3, 2024 @ 3:00 pm, 16°C / 60°F
A long walk through Shinjuku, Yoyogi, Meiji Jingu, Harajuku, Shibuya, Daikanyama, and Naka Meguro on a rainy day. I had planned to hit up a number of popular cherry blossom viewing spots in one go, and although they were close to or in full bloom, I was able to enjoy them with few crowds due to the rain. Sakura season is long over now, and I previously uploaded just the cherry blossom portions of this walk, but since I enjoyed the moments in between -- and took the time to record everything after all -- I wanted to share the full three hour walk as well. (In a previous video I did part of the reverse, walking from Shibuya to Shinjuku.) I got a bit lost here and there as you might be able to tell as I made my way through some unfamiliar areas, but eventually found my way.
