Lots of love to u Nia ❤❤❤ But just a personal opinion , Nia why did u answer your final q and a at miss universe with a casual less serious style ? Has anyone else had similar feeling ?
NIA AND DANIEL ARE UNFORGETTABLE!!!!! HOW?? THEY ARE BRILLIANTLY PERSONABLE, SPEAKING EFFECTIVELY ABOUT MATTERS, SUCCESSFULLY OPINIONATED!! FUN AND EXCITING!!!!!
Trump era focused a lot on stage performance alone, especially 2002 to 2010. The eventual winners though in that era had several of the most beautiful faces (i.e. Oxana Fedorova, Jennifer Hawkins, Natalie Glebova, Dayana Mendoza, Olivia Culpo). Another notable trend was it was Latina centric and most of the Trump Picks were from Europe but most of the time failed to advance further.
Miss USA contestants should be allowed to compete more than once. If the Philippines had the same rules as us, we wouldn't have Pia as Miss Universe 2015. 2015 was a crazy pageant year for sure. This a fun idea.....who would you like to see compete at Miss USA again if given the chance.
Was it ever revealed who should've placed from 11th-15th, yet Trump Org., discarded them for their own picks? So unfair! Why are 2008, 2009, not uploadable to watch on RUclips?
Hi Nia, greetings from New Zealand. ❤😊 I met your Miss Universe 2014 sister, Miss Universe New Zealand Rachel Mills. I met her twice on my flights. I am a flight attendant. I asked her on was her pageant journey and her experience at Miss Universe 2014 in Doral-Miami. I was so stoked/excited to see her onboard my flight. Such a great rendezvous. 😊
You know and Daniel know that I’m a BiG Fan. I remember when I met you at Miss Universe 2019 we were riding the same bus back to the hotel. I couldn’t believe it I was finally going to meet you. I remember telling my Friend Ruben don’t let them leave 😂😍😍😍😍😍 Love you all
I remember when Nia won Miss USA in 2014 the backlash she received because and she mentioned it here in the podcast, that she competed first for the title of Miss California USA 2010 and that she really wasn't from Nevada and it pissed me off. IMO, there is a big difference between a casual pageant fan and those of us that are big pageant fans and I wonder if Nia has brought up this topic in one of her podcast about how many girls have tried for one and/or more pageant titles in different states. I'll give you an example of someone who won both Miss Teen USA (in 2007) and then Miss USA (in 2011), Alyssa Campanella. She was Miss Teen New Jersey USA when she won that (just a side note, that's the year of the infamous Miss Teen South Carolina's Caitlin Upton's answer to her judges question about why 20% of American students couldn't locate the USA on a map of the world) and then she competed at Miss USA as Miss California USA that year. Going back to Nia, obviously she was a GREAT choice for Miss USA as she placed as the 1st RU at Miss Universe. She was and still is drop dead gorgeous woman, she had the black belt and could kick the a## of her "haters but she spoke about inclusion and empowerment of women back then. Then when "he" announced his desire to run for president and made the comments about Mexico & Mexicans (I bet he probably didn't know that Nia was of Mexican decent), she handled the last month of her reign with dignity and strength. I'm glad she had Daniel, her family and friends and the true leaders of the MU organization on her side as they put on a great pageant in Baton Rouge, where Nia passed her title to another great woman, the first winner from Oklahoma to win, Miss Olivia Jordan (side note here, who was part the infamous Steve Harvey announcing the wrong winner at Miss Universe and it's Olivia that tells Pia that she is the actual winner). Great podcast and just a side note, this is my 3rd podcast from Nia & Daniel and now I've learned not to (at least in the first few minutes) not to take a drink of anything, because the "huge" and not "wrapping it up" caused me to do a diet Pepsi spit take onto my laptop!!!

Miss USA was very corporate and mature from the late 90-2005 ish. 2006 onward it was about glitz

The Trump years in one word: stable. It's my theory Trump was looking for any excuse to sell MUO though.
