Because Mike Bison = Mike Tyson, so they scrambled the names just so they wouldn't get lawsuited. There's no problem with it in Japan cause their law is different, but in USA it was a big problem. Same reason why they decided to make Poison in early development, into a strange species of human, cause USA was pretty hypocritical in the whole fighting woman, back then. (I say USA only because I remember it was released there first in the western countries)

Always been an MK guy over Street Fighter but in terms of music Street Fighter has always been above and beyond
Ryu's theme has always stayed close to the original, but I like this version better than SF4's by quite a bit.
