You know, *the scariest* part is that he makes it look so simple and easy. Even as an Indian , I know most of those recipes and I have cooked for my family. Making one or three dishes is a task in itself. BUT the level he stands on with quantity , calmness, consistency with equal humble nature is absolutely Divine. He has Achieved the Level of God. The one man Army of culinary world. ❤️ Loved to watch and Respect to such a Talented Art.🙏🎉
Its easy just fried onions until caramelised add in spices, blend tomatoes cooked them until gravy and add in ur vegetable choice top it up garam masala for flavour at the end and garnish wit coriander. Looks basic
After watching this video, I personally visited this restaurant last weekend with my hubby and I must say that the food is delicious and the restaurant is full of positive vibes. We also went to have a look inside the kitchen downstairs and it looked very neat and clean and offcourse Chef is an amazingly nice person. Thank you for having us and serving so nicely 🙏🏼😊

I don't imagine this chef has to worry about bad karma. His calmly attentive control over his kitchen, and his wonderful attitude make it all smooth sailing.
I admire his assistant's work who understood every order without being told. The cook's calmness is maintained by the assistant. Only 2 people inside the kitchen and complete the show.

So many dishes, so systematic, no confusion what goes in which pot, perfect time judgement for each dish including the things that are in the frying pan, constant cleaning of everything. kitchen is clean no loud voices and looks yummy , and love the way he is explaining and masalas are almost same in each recipe but the flavors must be different the vegetables he used , he is awesome

Everyone is talking about his Kitchen neat and clean. Yes, Of course! it is very rare to see the kitchen so clean. We should appreciate that he was single handedly completed 8 to 9 + items in 2+ hours time. His measurement of Spices are not with measured spoon and but with his mind. I was astonished that he said rice will be cooked in 8 minutes. I am eating rice all my life but i cannot tell that much accuracy on cooking time. So he knows what is doing. Most importantly he is doing it with love and affection. That food will always taste good and healthy. He named it rightly "Healthy & Wealthy". (Both his mind and his life are healthy & wealthy). I hope I will get his blessings one day. Thanks for sharing the video mate!!!

Very humble and great personality of the chef. I never see videos such long but this video kept me glued partly because he looks very much like my uncle and because he loves doing seva (service) & cooks food out of love and first offers bhog to lord Krishna and then serves it as a prasad. Eating Vegan+Satvik food and making that as a lifestyle is no less then seva to mother nature and harmony towards animals. Will visit if ever i get a chance to visit London.
The way these chaps go about there business is a fine example to us all. The food looks amazing, the hygiene levels are exceptional. Will drop in if i'm ever in the area.

I watched the full video with my mom. My mom does the whole Prasad routine at home also everyday and we totally agree with Pradyuman Das Ji that your thoughts go into the food while cooking.
What I liked most is chef's style of adding water using hand shower at the same time cleaning the pan.Perfect cooking without onion garlic no pressure cooker.
Asalamwalaikum, Hare Krishna, Namaste , Allah Hafiz.. this is all our culture, from Mecca to Medina and Mathura to Vrndavan to Rishikesh. Even in Islam at the time of Haj pilgrimage there is a particular time , when the shaving of the head, pebbles throwing, tawaf and at both hills ..., we can't spill even one drop of blood, otherwise our Haj isn't complete.
While preperation, he says he prepares food with love and devotion and finally offers to GOD and serve food as Prasad! This attitude makes a lot of difference to people who are consuming!!! Tons of research shows that preparing food with peace of mind and love and affection reflects on the quality of food both at material level and subconscious subtle level.... Excellent...

I never see videos such long but this video kept me glued partly because he looks very much like my uncle and because he loves doing seva (service) & cooks food out of love and first offers bhog to lord Krishna and then serves it as a prasad. Eating Vegan+Satvik food and making that as a lifestyle is no less then seva to mother nature and harmony towards animals. Will visit if ever i get a chance to visit London.

I just have to say that he is a definition of being a chief humble and grounded ,not like these celebrity chef’s where they cook one fancy dish which is only consumed by the privileged.Severing or cooking food is all about nourishing the body and if you add love while making it -Soul food.
