In file "utildll.dll" the file description is:winstation utility support DLL", & in file "user32.dll" the file description is 'multi-user windows user API client DLL' so which is the file instead of the ultiman, please advise ASAP.

When you select "Computer" there will show you other drives also for example: drive F, drive E, drive D, drive G, etc. *Check all the above drives including "C Drive", and search windows and within windows search "Utiman". Becoz..In some window files there not show you "Utilman". but in other drive's window files there must be "Utilman". Becoz.. I found this way for my laptop

Press escape click on boot option and then when it starts then press shutdown button and then again start . You will get launch option

Hi, m just leaving here a liitle bit different method thay worked for me
When i wroye lusmgr, it showed me error and didnt list any users.
so i opened cmd and typed net user.. it will list ur your username
Then type net user "username" passowrd
Replace username with the username and password with what u want to set.

after lusrmgr its showing error: This computer is running on Windows 7Home Vasic. This snapi may not be used with this version of Windows . To manage user accounts for this computer, use the User Accounts tool in the Control Panel. What should i do now ?? please guide.
