Its because the private chinese companies that make these figures dont have to pay for the liscense and other things. Lego has to make a profit but at the same time cant make it too expensive. Plus most of these knockoff figures and sets have very poor quality control

The double arm mold was from a Solo character which has the arms in the same color meaning you could make an official one by making holes in his soft plastic cape from the official set
The arms on the back are actually an official piece from a Star Wars solo set: 75219 for a short, 4 armed character. Wanted to get my hands on as many of those pieces as I can for some custom figure might have to get a couple of those stranges for ‘em. One question tho are they removable?
