i think the most likely real nerf to demon seed is taking the battlegrounds mechanic of rewinding damage - i.e. after playing tamsin, any damage the demon seed player receives on their turn rewinds - allowing damage synergies and protecting their life total, but no longer damaging the enemy hero. This would allow the deck to theoretically still exist and give it an interesting new way to develop while removing the inevitability that makes it intolerable to play against.

I would make The Demon Seed only trigger off of cards and hero powers, so that it doesn't prevent fatigue. That doesn't kill or even really change the card, but it does remove one possible wincon, which means the deck now loses every game where it previously had won by fatigue, which means it's that much less powerful.

Honestly they just change the numbers on demon seed to nerf it if they want to. It was originally 6/7/8 damage, now it's 10/10/10. They could just move it up to 12/12/12, or whatever numbers Blizzard thinks are correct.
it's simple: Automatron has an AURA. The minion is at VANILLA a 1/2. Everytime you play one, the aura increases it attack/health by +1/+1. When you play confuse, your minion is set at this attack-health that the minion had when it happened: so automatron is a 1/2 and had +3/+3. When confuse happens, the minion was at 4/5. So confuse makes it into a 5/4. But now the aura hits again and makes the 5/4 into a 8/7 as the minion get again +3/+3. Not "Blizzard Coding", that's the intended design of Auras and Confuse.

I remember the time I disenchanted demon seed because it was banned and assumed they wouldn't give full refund, then they did it once it was playable again. That is one of the many reasons for my eternal hatred of blizzard as a company
It did give a refund when it was banned, then again when they unbanned it because it was also nerfed at that time. It was banned for over a year so maybe you just missed the window.
Make demon seed require 45 total damage. I don’t like when cards are removed from a game. That’s the problem with online card games where the game doesn’t belong to you. I want to play with any card that has ever been made for research purposes. I want to play the jailer as it was printed. Not against people who don’t want that. That’s what twist should be.

Also Dark Glare has the huge pop off turn sometimes where you can do the whole quest from 0 to complete in one turn. The effect just has to be changed some how

I’m not saying some cards are not toxic and are bad for the game but it should be common practice to simply remove them from the base game but still leave them for another mode.

The fix for Demon Seed/Tamsin is change it to the FIRST time you take damage, your opponent takes it instead.
We don’t actually have any proof that every single hearthstone player and viewer isn’t actually just Zeddy on an alt account.
