The town is called Chard in Somerset, which is also the highest town in Somerset. I've asked just about everywhere and it's a complete mystery what's inside. The town also has an overlooking cold war nuclear ROC post up in the hills which is a small underground bunker that would monitor the effects of a nuclear bomb if it was dropped on the town, so something tells me there is something very significant and important inside being held and guarded in that huge concrete bunker.
