I am THRILLED that you did another zillow video. I am just daydreaming, enjoying the houses, history AND your wonderful descriptions! Good job guys! Thank you!
I love these Zillow House Reviews!! I personally would ❤ a review of all Stone Houses 🏘️ (anything Masonry.. Stone, Brick, Etc.. Castles to Cottages..) Thanks again Ken & Dalton - Sincerely: Brett 🎉🎉
Ken & Dalton, I love this format. It is so much fun!!! The house from Baltimore, I wonder if the 10,268 acre lot is actually the square footage of the building? Keep knocking it out of the park guys! Merry Christmas fellas! See you in the next episode!
I agree with Katiwang. I am soooo glad you did another Zillow video. I was just on Zillow looking at houses also. I love your version, though. 😊. I actually smiled watching your reaction to these homes. I almost feel like I’m accompanying you on your house hunt. My favorite here was the last house. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks so much. Your walk throughs are my favorite. You always point out the stuff I care to know about rather than glossing over! And you use all of the proper terms for things educating me.
Thanks Ken, this was the first Zillow of yours that I watched. I really appreciate your knowledgeable commentary on each home. You Do an excellent review on all the "This House " videos.
I'm absolutely loving ❤️ this change of homes. It breaks my heart when you tell us that a grand house is gone. Looking forward to when you start doing Governor's Mansions.
Thank you so much for this video. I have been following your videos for some time and appreciate how much research you do to to make all these classic homes come alive. Being able to see you comment extempore style shows the depth of your knowledge and this is why I have subscribed to you. I have been an architecture fan all my life and look forward to your next adventure.
this was fun. looking forward to the next one. And I loved the lights in the blue tile kitchen! And yes, those sypatheticaly renovated kitchens are great.
I appreciate your reactions, taste, attention to detail, and descriptions of all your house reviews, and think your new zillow format is delightful. Thank you for all your wonderful content. Please keep up the great work!
I suspect I will have to do a post for each house. First up, Baywood. What can I say, it is lovely. I especially love the floor tiling on the front and side porches, gorgeous. I agree, the kitchen and the bathrooms look lovely and usable. The one room I didn’t particularly like was the library. I don’t get the knights armor and where are the bookshelves. Between us and our children’s book collection we have well over a thousand books.
I really enjoy seeing these current Zillow listed homes. I think this is a great format for your channel. However, I also love the history and the historic photos of those which no longer exist! Keep up the great work!
Attention, K Mart shoppers!! The mansion in Detroit was built for Sebastian S. Kresge, founder of what would become K Mart. The Ayer mansion in Boston is up on Zillow: designed by Tiffany, no less ($14,995,000 and where future general George Patton proposed to his wife Beatrice Ayer).
That Detroit mansion is EVERYTHING, OMG! Best of all, the realtor provided a 3-D walkthrough, which just adds to the joy! These Zillow tours are so awesome, Ken. Any interest in concentrating one on the Main Line neighborhoods of Philadelphia? My own browsing always brings up alot of gems. Thanks as always!
I’m enjoying these Zillow videos briefly describing several home’s and their design esthetics. I especially like the Glen Cove home in this video. Please keep them coming!
Great homes, I appreciate the attention to detail and Craftsmanship, as well as your knowledge of the period details. Thanks for the tour Much appreciate the links for each home so I could go back and take a longer look. Good job
Finally, Detroit. The house is spectacular! and really well preserved. The kitchen doesn’t really work but I would love to win the lottery to have enough money to buy, furnish, and maintain this house. But Detroit? It’s too far north and it’s Detroit 😳
I would love to see you do a series on all the different styles of Frank Lloyd Wright. Especially some of the more rare ones that are privately owned. He lived such a fascinating life
I love these videos! Of course, all the houses were magnificent, but my favorite were the first two. I would probably choose house number one (Baywood) to live in. It was the "coziest" house in my opinion. I also just truly love Victorians. The things I love the most about old houses(besides the histories) is fretwork, winding stairs, stained glass work and wallpaper! Thank you Ken and Dalton!
Hi Ken, this is the Photographer that shot 54 Arden Park that you featured earlier this year...remember me? I've been in the Kresge House @ 70 W. Boston Blvd.for the first time for a visit where I got a full tour about 23/24 years ago and then for a Halloween Party later that same year (which was a BLAST 🤩). It's an absolutely HUGE, beautiful and famous house (but I wouldn't call it functional for 99% of todays buyers) that's been on the market for at least 4 years now. It's on the corner of Woodward & W. Boston Blvd. and it's giant lot (4 acres, approx.) and giant size are what's been keeping any buyers away. The Seller is on his 3rd set of Agents and the price just keeps dropping & dropping unfortunately. Fantastic house for sure, but it takes NON STOP dump trucks of cash to maintain, heat, landscape, secure, electrify and improve the house. Any potential buyer would have to be a multi millionaire with big bucks to burn and be MADLY IN LOVE with that place to buy it.
I really like these videos. About 30 years ago when I would have to apartment search, I loved going to as many as possible to see the differences, and I would pick the one with the best kitchen, it was always about the kitchen for me lol. We currently live in a house that was built in the 1980's and we're the second owners. How about doing a video on houses built in the same year?
Really love this tour though sometimes you went too fast but that's OK....I can always check out the properties on Zillow and look at the pictures at a slower speed. i also like you giving us some of the reasons for the details inside, i.e., the glass-fronted bookshelves or the cupula used to vent heat from the houses. Thanks for spending the time showing us these homes.
Baltimore. Love the house, exterior, courtyard, stained glass, the layout and architectural details all lovely. But, I grew up north of Baltimore so I don’t know the neighborhoods. I do not know where this house is located but I would be very careful. Baltimore can be very dangerous.
The last house, the Kresge mansion, was at one point abandoned and roof caving in, etc. A few pictures can be found thru google. I remember seeing one pic of I believe the sunroom with the roof caved in, dirt and mud everywhere. I believe the current sellers are the ones that restored the house many years ago.
Kitty with white mittens! ❤ I think the most beautiful neighborhood I've ever seen, in the US, is Beacon Hill, Boston (I think that's the name, with the cobblestones & wrought iron). ❤
This was great Ken but how about homes under $1M or so that more of your audience could consider really living in at some point? Really like your narration and style - just perfect! Thank you
Next up, Glen Cove. I love the exterior and love even more the gardens, divine. The interior, meh, except for the kitchen. I really like the farm house sink, blue tile back splash, and the green china hutch.
::UPDATE:: It just came to me.. you previously asked for suggestions on what House's to review.. I had commented to do (Castles, Stone, Brick, Etc..) basically all House's Masonry.. (which I still stand by this recommendation.. I've also had another epiphany for a House Review that I think would be great for you to make a video on is a Castle 🏰 in the next town over from where I live! The Castle is called Hearthstone Castle Located in Danbury CT. interestingly enough.. the Castle is in Tarrywile Park and the park has a Mansion on the Property as well!! The Castle was built in the late 1800's as a large Estate and the Mansion was built later on then the City of Danbury bought the property and.. Well, I'll let you tell the story.. 😉🤣 I hope to see your deep dive on this eccentric property soon!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 Thanks again to you and Dalton and everything you guys do! Sincerely: Brett 😊
Buffalo. The exterior is charming but for the location and the state of the house (except for the entrance and pool room) I think this house is way over priced. My brother bought a house built around 1900 on 11 acres in Vicksburg. It’s spectacular and he has slowly been renovating, himself. But when he gets to the master bath and the kitchen/laundry room, I really think he needs to hire a designer.
Although I enjoy your descriptions etc.. feel as though missed much detail when not seeing the rooms full screen :/ enjoyed seeing s full screen of the rooms
A friend of mine bought an old house with hand painted Mexican Tile flooring. He didn't like it because the hand work was uneven. I told all he has to do have it professionally cleaned, sealed and waxed. He instead tore it up and put down bone white imitation wood ceramic tile. Painted the walls white too. Horrible, horrible, horrible looking interior.
One VERY important thing everyone watching this video should remember is this.........ALLLLLL of the interior photos of these homes have ALL been so unbelievably over-edited, meaning over brightened that the Photographers have truly crossed the line into misrepresentation. These historic homes are not ANYwhere near as absurdly bright & clear in reality as they are in these corrupted photos. Edit them, yes. Brighten them up, yes. Make them look like cartoons or CGI images, NO. 🤯😵💫🤬
That last house in Detroit is the S.S. Kresge mansion on Boston Blvd and Woodward Ave. Sebastian Kresge owned a very successful chain of 5 & 10 cent stores which later became Kmart in 1962. Anyways the Kresge mansion is one of the largest houses in Detroit behind the Albert J Fisher and Bishop Mansions.
I loved the Zillow tours. It's great to see houses that still exist.
I am THRILLED that you did another zillow video. I am just daydreaming, enjoying the houses, history AND your wonderful descriptions! Good job guys! Thank you!
Same ☺️
I love the Zillow tours! Dalton does a great job finding the houses and you do a great job on the tours! Keep up the great work! Thanks for sharing🙂👍🏻

Awesome video. Please keep them coming. All I can say..."If only..."!!! Be safe and GOD BLESS 🙏💜
Hello Ken, I really enjoy going along with you on these beautiful home walk throughs!! 👍👍🎄
I enjoyed this very much and i really appreciate your narration.very thorough and concise.great job !!👍🏼💙👍🏼
Ken, you have a great smile! Do it more,!!
Ken & Dalton, I love this format. It is so much fun!!! The house from Baltimore, I wonder if the 10,268 acre lot is actually the square footage of the building? Keep knocking it out of the park guys! Merry Christmas fellas! See you in the next episode!
It's the square footage of the building.
I love your channel! Not only because of the content but also because your voice is so calming 🥰
I really loved this and learning little things from you! And your cat in the background 🥰
I agree with Katiwang. I am soooo glad you did another Zillow video. I was just on Zillow looking at houses also. I love your version, though. 😊. this was fun. looking forward to the next one. And I loved the lights in the blue tile kitchen! And yes, those sypatheticaly renovated kitchens are great.
I loved the last 2 houses. That was fun, ta
I always enjoy your walk throughs and information. Thank you and keep up the great home reviews.
I appreciate your reactions, taste, attention to detail, and descriptions of all your house reviews, and think your new zillow format is delightful. Thank you for all your wonderful content. Please keep up the great work!
Oh I love this, what a great idea Ken! I missed the first one so I'll go back and watch. You make it fun to explore these houses together :)
I suspect I will have to do a post for each house. First up, Baywood. What can I say, it is lovely. I especially love the floor tiling on the front and side porches, gorgeous. Thanks for sharing these homes with us.
I love these formats! A Ken special! Keep up the good work!
Dalton did a great job finding houses, I will be waiting for the next group

I adore your tabbie-tuxie cat as much as the houses you showed in this video!
Love this
me too!
Great homes, I appreciate the attention to detail and Craftsmanship, as well as your knowledge of the period details. Thanks for the tour Much appreciate the links for each home so I could go back and take a longer look. Good job
Love the Zillow videos!
I very much enjoy the Zillow review. Dalton is doing a great job on the selections
Would love to see some mid-century modern homes.
Maybe some movie star homes....
These are great! Love these zillow vids!
Another winner.
I have walked past the King Estate many times but had never seen the inside. Thank you! Love your videos!
Very enjoyable Ken!
Really enjoyed this! Thankyou

LOVE THE BLUE TILES, I CAN ONLY WISH
I'd love to see a Zillow video on histirc homes under $1 million since homes in that price range are much more achiveable for most people.
These homes are more than large enough for housemates.
Hi Ken, this is the Photographer that shot 54 Arden Park that you featured earlier this year...remember me? I've been in the Kresge House @ 70 W. Yes southern mansions please

I believe the current sellers are the ones that restored the house many years ago.
I enjoyed this format. My favorite was the kitchen in the first home. Bless them for NOT putting a stupid island in the middle of it. :o)
Nice. Thanks!
Good job Sir
Wow 😍 It’s amazing these places are actually for sale
That was a fun video .
Kitty with white mittens! ❤
I think the most beautiful neighborhood I've ever seen, in the US, is Beacon Hill, Boston (I think that's the name, with the cobblestones & wrought iron). ❤
Justice not done to the splendor or history of the magnificent Kresge Estate in Detroit, Mi.
Yes ! I would like to see what you find in the Bay Area, (San Francisco), down to Monterey, to Sacramento Land Area. Thx, MR.
This was great Ken but how about homes under $1M or so that more of your audience could consider really living in at some point? Really like your narration and style - just perfect! Thank you
Thanks for the suggestion, cheers!
Though many of those houses are more than large enough for housemate situations, which would reduce costs per person.
Old house love 🫶
Next up, Glen Cove. I love the exterior and love even more the gardens, divine. The interior, meh, except for the kitchen. I really like the farm house sink, blue tile back splash, and the green china hutch.
Love

Who is Dalton?
He does most of the editing work for each video and filming for in-person house tours.
I would like to see cottage homes of all sizes, large and small. Thatched roofs are especially nice.
Thatched roofs are super rare in America.
@@Libertaro-i2u That's true. Wishful thinking on my part, I guess. :p
move your screen up so you are looking at the camera or get a new screen that enables you to look at the camera.

It did get alittle better as the video went on with larger photos
Thank you for the feedback, cheers!
mr. fluffernutter doesn't seem impressed

Who else thought Dalton was the cat?
That last house in Detroit is the S.S. Kresge mansion on Boston Blvd and Woodward Ave. Sebastian Kresge owned a very successful chain of 5 & 10 cent stores which later became Kmart in 1962.
