I love that Insym always explains things when he plays, so I feel like I have a clue on what’s going on, plus learning about the ghosts specifically makes it more fun to participate/watch these ghost-gambling videos bc I can make me own guesses now :D

you know that if Insym stops the character mid walk, the rant or tantrum is going to be good. It always starts with a small sarcastic remark and then he proceeds to agitate himself to the point he becomes an Italian and swings his hands around. Love it!

48:30 - Wait... I've gotten that event plenty of times. That explains so many times we got events and it seemed like they drained nothing.
It also explains the desync bug that my friend and I get... where sometimes an event closes doors for one of us, but leaves them open for the other.
Note : We've had times where we had different ghosts, according to the end screen. It's rare... but sometimes happens.
Holy crap dude you should try to capture it and post it, I can't for the life of me find a clip of the secret ghost event cause I don't think I've ever seen it

I love how his chat says whatever he believes, for example he says “Mr wraith??!!” And his chat immediately goes like “wraith lol” “WRAITH” “wraith I think” “maybe wraith” “wraith lmao”😂 it’s amazing. Love your vids insym they really really help me out with my gameplay in phasmo, and they are really entertaining at the Same time so keep up the good work!!❤

You may or may not see this insym but I’ve always loved anything involving ghosts or horror stories. When I started playing phasmo I was scared to even enter the house and your videos helped me overcome that fears(mostly), sometimes I still hesitate to enter the house and to enter rooms considers past experiences enters rooms in phasmo lol (getting immediate ghost events or interactions that spook me lol). I do my best to play like u and do my best to not hesitate. Idk how I’d play phasmo without your videos :)

@@muhammadnadziff1513 I think it’s because when you hear the Moroi using the spirit box or parabolic it places a curse making sanity drain.
@@SakuraBunny235 only for moroi right? doest secret event like deogen spirit box respond doesn't drop?
@@muhammadnadziff1513 getting a ghost event will drop sanity most of them by 10 but the Moroi will make your sanity passively drain faster than usual once hearing it on parabolic or spirit box that’s the only way to get cursed and it is only Moroi to my knowledge.
I've seen skizzleman and impulse do this, but the lyrics are "when the moon hits your eye, like a big pizza pie, ITZA MOROIIIIIIIIII (itza moroiiiiiiii)

I honestly think “i wish to start anew” would still be a great wish to add, even is OP. Just make it a gamble of some kind. Similar to how you have a chance of unaliving yourself when you wish for life

43:50 I've had Onryo' many times, and for some reason I have never had them hunt after the third candle blow out, only if left out for like half a minute.
Edit: Also, pretty sure if a Banshee's target is not inside, it hunts like normal.

imagine goryo getting a custom "dots" ghost event, that displays dots (still, when u are not in the room) that shows the ghost event as a dots ghost on camera. so not a dead givaway discernable without a hitch, but still custom enough to make it quirky and fun (and not insufferable)
I haven't seen Phasmo torture Insym this much since that time in the Show Us era where a ghost kept teleporting all the bears instead of making them giggle.

To play devil's advocate though, there was a cup and a fork/spoon left behind on that kitchen table. So I guess from now onwards we have to see an empty table/couch to ascertain that it's indeed a Poltergeist. *copium*
Also, this game is awesome! The whole Demon turning into Spirit is my one of my favourite bamboozle moment of the year! :D

Bro!!!! I just started playing Phasmo again and been watching all your guides and trying to get better and they have been so much help. Playing on Pro now and man it is a big difference from intermediate. On Inter, I was killing it but those ghosts started getting really tricksy on pro. Keep up the awesome work!!

Funnily enough there is a mod for Lethal Company that adds the Tarot Cards from Phas into the game and they function exactly the same but with monsters. Playing Roulette is the best way to ease the tension in either game imo

itd be really cool if you made a compilation video of the rarest events in Phasmophobia that you encountered with the dates and such, would be really neat to document them that way if you think of it like that lol
Hey Insym, so you know how you were saying that you didn't get a spirit that changed speed out of the blue, well, last night............
basically the spirit decided it was going to speed up as it went into it's favourite room, where there were electronics, so we thought it was a raiju... And nope it didn't get smudged when it sped up!
There was another instance where we had a Yokai ghost that must've been the best of it's kind! I did pick up on a later game though, a mimic that did a yurei ability, then proceeded to hunt, kill a friend, ignore the other closest and B-Line straight to me, meaning it must've done banshee mimicry. The final hunt of that game it was revenant mimicry.

lol i hard agree with the ghost photo take. Ghost in a photo should be prioritized before anything checking anything else. I've had plenty of cases where a ghost is clearly visible in the shot and book and still would pick anything else except ghost photo lol
51:02 there have been 2-3 times where even a consistent activity of 10 without any hunt or events still didn't result in EMF 5

Something I realized with those weekly challenges where they give sanity pills that recover 0 sanity... you can probably still use them for the moroi curse.
Imagine if Phasmophobia got official twitch integration and ghost gambling was made into something unique where you could bet channel points to guess which specific ghost it's gonna be, votes lasting from the end of the previous game to 1 minute into the next one
20:52 I was doing Insanity mode and had 2 spirits back to back that I thought were either Mimics, Twins or wraiths. You had experienced what I did in this. I thought spirits were suppose to be less active than mylings. Idk what spirits are suppose to be anymore. 😭😭😭

@insym the mirror is either bugged or has been changed. I had a map where the ghost room was the dinning room, I pulled the mirror up several times and it kept showing the living room and then the foyer looking at me using the mirror. Idk if it bugged or they changed it, but I would ask cj about it

Did the developers just give you a troll patch just to mess with you? Holy that was a mess, but I loved all of it!
!!Maybe funny series idea: Get some viewers that are actual amateurs in the game to join you and then you actually give them a lecture while hunting for ghosts. So you explain them about every aspect of the game and all the abilities of the ghosts while hunting for them. Imagine the sudden ghost events that can happen and your students getting all scared and hide while you try to calm them down and tell them that this is normal Poltergeist behaviour f.e. I think it could be hilarious.
Okay, hear me out. What if when the game glitches and a ghost does things it's not supposed to do and also not a mimic then the game defaults the ghost type to spirit as a fail-safe?
I know this video is 6 months old but a few days ago i had a spirit running around at mach 10 while searching. Turns out my teammate was toying with it by turning a para mic on and off. It's still weird, though, because he was hiding in the closet of boys room on tanglewood while my other teammate and i hid in the basement. It just kept sprinting everywhere.
Yesterday I made a ghost photo and it took it as a picture of the bone, that was behind the car BEHIND the ghost

I didn't even KNOW the bone was there until it took the picture through a whole ghost and car
The photo system is hot garbage sometimes. The amount of times there was NO salt anywhere nearby, and the ghost was 90% of the photo but it said "Level 1 disturbed salt" is infuriating

Insym have you tried VR recently for phasmo? Me and my friends are having a issue with the tier 3 candle/firelight where its insanely broken to hold and you can't even put it down properly, you have to like keep it on your belt at all times.
Also pretty annoying my friends can just use ovr advanced settings and panic to just play space move through any door or window to glitch outside lmao.
At 02:08 you have the monkey gate. I noticed that you don't have to press the button but just say I wish... e.g. (I mean the V button). I have Push top Talk on
ghosts have been weird for me after the easter event. on nightmare I consistently get 3+ games back to back with the same exact evidence and same ghost options. I've also had to do at least 5 hunts because the ghost makes no sense. I usually get it right but there have been so many times where I've gotten it wrong but the answer doesn't line up with anything I just saw. I had a mimic that hunted like a boring ghost 6 times in a row and we never saw orbs. I also get 1 or no evidence on nightmare and pro games. There have been games where there isn't a room or the ghost moves so much that we can't pin it down: e.g. it was a hantu but temps were always around 7-5C and never dropped below.

the Shade phases through the floor while you hear it walk CLEARLY (loud n clear) towards the music box.🤣 even i felt defeated.

I smudged it, it stopped following me and I was 100% close enough, but it hunted in a 60-90 sec duration (and yes, i have a timer)
Question about the onryo, new player here. You said the onryo will use a candle as a crucifix, does this mean that when onryo blows out a candle, it will start that hunt cooldown of 25 seconds or no?
Also, how do you not get scared by everything🙃

Today I had 2 Demons that didn't Demon ever, then a Shade that did the Mare ability (switch lightswitch off) instantly while I was in the ghost room, Then another Shade that was super active (apparently through walls) and switched ghost rooms so often it used all my crucifixes while I was "stood in" the ghost room (very low single figure temp 7°), rooms around were cold but not as low 9-10°, total scam day

In all seriousness, though, that stream was insane. I absolutely lost it at the Polty/Spirit. Like there's no way any ghost should be allowed to throw that much and not be a Polty unless it was a Mimic. Idk if it was bugged, but regardless, I hope the runs get better for the believers soon because that one was rough
