Whoever the son is Karma will come at you hard. This is disgusting
Nothing good will happen to the son. There is no rest for the wicked!!!
The lady that brought the house and the son should be ashamed of themselves greed!!!
Agreed surely they can be helped somehow
Maybe the parents deserved this, you don’t know
The sun paid his parents mortgage for years. They thought they were paying the mortgage but they weren't, they were only giving a measly $600 a month for utilities but the sun was paying the entire mortgage and the only reason they got evicted is because the sun could no longer pay it. It was his house and he was gifting it to them but he couldn't make all the payments in the end so he sold it instead of the bank taking it
How can anyone do this to anyone, most especially your own parents? Unbelievable!
It is sad however the house was in there sons name from back when it was bought in 2003 so even if the parents footed the bill legally he had every right to sell maybe not morally though.
Family ain't s*it 😊
The real question is why was the son involved in the house purchase in the first place. The second question is why haven't the parents learned English in the past 20 + years..
@@bobroberts2371Better question is... Why is he dressed like Lil' Jon?😂
@@bobroberts2371 I agree the son being involved in the purchase may not have happened if the parents understood English it seems like they were not properly educated on what it meant for the house to be in there sons name even though they paid the bills they were essentially renters of their son
Something’s very odd about this story. I think the District Attorney should investigate. There are laws against elder financial fraud.
also, this sounds like Elder Abuse
The SON made the payments. It was HIS house. He lost his job and couldn't continue to make payments. Tried to work it out with his parents but they refused. Don't trust the media. This is a case of BAD PARENTS, not a bad son. This information is from someone who knows the family.
@@4gma59 : I dunno…my dad was a complete A-hole; he made good money working construction and always had a new truck and owned 17 expensive rifles. But would I evict him when he was elderly? No. When he was in his working years, yes; but you don’t put your elderly parents on the street, no matter how shitty they are or were. I still believe this needs to be investigated by a neutral law enforcement agency.
@@leeb.7188this isn't about the sons relationship with the parents, or the way they treated him. It's solely due to the fact that HE was the one who bought and was paying for the house, as it was HIS home, where he let his parents live there. He is now, no longer able to keep up with the payments of the house and is forced to sell the house before it is repossessed by the bank. He had no choice, and it has nothing to do with how he feels about his parents. If he could continue to pay, he wouldn't be making them leave. But he can't, so he had to transfer the ownership and the parent were refusing to leave.
A real man would answer for himself. Unless he had something to hide.
How sad that their own son betrayed them that way now they’re homeless because of their own son…😡
You don't know their relationship. Not all old people are good, and not all parents are loving.
No no I don't think so
Making the bad choice
@@stannetaprospere4301
Exactly
The sun did not betray them they just didn't understand that they were never paying the mortgage he was. They just paid $600 for utilities but the sun was paying the mortgage every single month and the house got sold because he could no longer keep paying for it to let his parents live their rent free. He couldn't afford it anymore so he sold it instead of the bank taking it and he tried to tell his parents that for weeks
I wouldn't doubt one minute that the son who evicted them is the son they favored more than the other kids or at least spoiled the most. The daughter they are living with now is likely the daughter they ignored and ignored the warnings she gave about her brother. When people do you like this it is because of some sense of entitlement that they have. The son knew he could do this to his parents. If the daughter was the problem, she would have never let them move in.
That's almost always how the stories go. SMH. The good child is the one they never listen to
You just made up a whole scenario huh? Lol
@@BanterBangers Yeah, and you can tell who the good child is because the parents who ignored that type of child always have to come live with said child when they get old. Never fails. I'm quite sure that daughter said something about her brother to their parents in SPANISH enough for them to understand. Therefore, if they were not willing to listen in their native tongue, no amount of learning English would be necessary. I just thought that 20 years would have been enough time to get a clue. However, being a fool comes in all shapes, sizes, races, and language!
@@deec3561 It's common sense when you think about it. Who are the parents living with? Who did the parents believe and trust? What was the outcome? I don't have to make up anything. Did any of the other kids treat their parents the same as the son?
I absolutely agree with you!
This situation is heartbreaking. I don't understand how a child could do this to their parents. I pray things work out for them.
It happens all the time I know some cases 🧐
You don't understand because the news is misrepresenting it. The sun owns the house and made all of the mortgage payments. The parents thought they were paying $600 to mortgage every month but they were actually just paying utilities and the mortgage was much more expensive than that. One day the sun couldn't afford to keep the house and he told his parents this and told them he had to sell it but the parents did not understand and refuse to leave the house until they were evicted. They never paid a single month mortgage they even admitted they only paid $600 a month and mortgages in Fresno start at double that
@@jaqi7578The courts allow it because it was always the son's house and he made all of the mortgage payments so he is completely allowed to sell the house instead of it being foreclosed on him when he couldn't make the payments anymore. The news got it wrong when they claimed the parents paid the mortgage, they just paid for electricity and water and the sun let them live there for free
@@iamwufyes, 🌞 owns the home. 🤦

This is a disgrace and a very disrespectful thing to do to his parents…Hell is waiting on that son!
How do you know his parents didn't treat the son like trash and disrespect him trying to control his life. Sons house.

This is an example of how not knowing the language of the nation you choose to live in puts you at significant risk of exploitation. This is one reason why many are against all the things done to make it easy to not learn the language. Spanish version of everything from ballots to ingredients on packaged foods. People who insist on this think they are helping but they are not. This is a selfish attitude which is about feeling good about yourself and virtue signalling. The money and emphasis instead should be put on helping people learn English and assimilate into our culture. Not only will individuals like in this story suffer but society as a whole. Sanctuary state and city policies make things much worse for all but a few who exploitate the situation and get rich.
You immigrant haters are never happy with immigrants are you? So, what are you an example of? smh. Kick them while they are down, that is you.
That’s one reason why I’m passionate about teaching English.
You sound ridiculous because the United States has no official language. Look it up. This is a nation of immigrants. It's your sense of entitlement that believes everyone should learn English
Very true. Not learning, even just basic English makes immigrants targets in my opinion.
Good point because they still had 20 years to learn English and ask the right questions.
the son is cold blooded. He basically had them make monthly payments on a house that was in his name only
How could the parents not be aware at the time the mortgage was issued? You have to sign a lot of documents with the mortgage company. This is very strange.
That is messed up of the son to do that hope karma comes to him tenfold I hope the elderly couple get a new place.
I also have a son that owes me 150.000 $ after I helped buy a house then they pushed me out can't find help I'm 85 living on ss and raising 3 of my great grandchildren God bless people who are being scamed
I’m so sorry he did that to you. Do you any other children and what do they think about what their brother did to you? Sometimes we have to just forgive them and move on. Even when we raised them..🙏🏽💗
I don't know what's going on with people these days 🤨 dude don't know how short his days are going to be 😐 I hope nobody is around him
I'm so sorry to hear that
They havent heard from their son in 5 months, but he was able to sell the house recently?
Something is not right!
And yet people want to donate to the gofundme without all the facts. We could be getting schemed again. Just because they're elderly doesn't mean they're innocent, they're are tons of elderly bad people who take advantage of the naive and uninitiated.
Do they have to see him to sell it?
The son owned the home…he could not make payments so he lost the house. The parents have zero legal standing.
@williameilson6499 Didn't you hear the dad say that he was the one making payments not the son
@@hannaansari2921 No one wants to hear that. They only read what they want to read.
This makes no sense to me. Why would the son merely "transfer ownership" to somebody else? If the son owned the home, why wouldn't he SELL it, so that he could MAKE MONEY off of it? Why did he merely "transfer" it to someone else? Who was the recipient? Some manipulative lover who told him, "If you love me, you'll get me a house" ?
The son did not want to sell the house. He wanted to keep the house because it is paid off now and he put it in his sons name.
Because he’s an idiot! They probably told him they would give him cash upfront for the deed transfer and his dumb ass fell for it and got the bare minimum. They completely did him dirty and he did his parents dirty to begin with.
He transferred the house to a real state agents friends of him, money was exchanged, they knew what he was doing wasn’t right they did this behind tha parents back.
I have a feeling with everything happening right now, their son must've had financial difficulties due to a lost job, debts, etc. He may have secretly sold it to the new owner with the deed to pay off his own debts. This is why mother and father should've learned to speak English in all the time they were making payments on the home and learned what rights they didn't have on the home.
@@cotynavarro5324 Where did you get that information?? Or you are just especulating?? If thats the case the real estate agents need to be investigated there are some real crooked ones,

Elder abuse happens often. The son realized the value of the equity in the home and that he could benefit greatly and decided to take advantage of that. Allowing family or friends to be co-signers on properties or guardians or powers of attorney is legally dangerous if you’re not absolutely certain that they have your best interest in mind.
I hope this couple gets an offer from a good attorney who will try to help them file charges of elder abuse against their son and the loan officer to recover some of their losses and help educate others. Maybe this news station could do a program about protecting yourself from these situations.
Slippery slope fallacy. You can't think critically?
Very sad story-supposedly the son was paying the mortgage until he couldn't. He told the parents but either they wouldn't listen or didn't understand.
What is the elder abuse?
I agree that this is a sad situation but there is NO legal case for elder abuse! The parents should of learned English that way they can know the law in America! This isn't Mexico, maybe they should just go back there.

That's what I say look into that woman the house was transferred to
It is not despicable the news is just misquoting it. The sun was the one who bought the house and made every single mortgage payment. The parents were giving him $600 a month and they thought that was covering mortgage but that wasn't even half the amount of mortgage, the $600 a month barely covered electricity and water. The sun owned the house and was paying for the house and then one day could no longer afford the house so he had to sell it. Check the interview where the parents say they paid $600 a month and look up what mortgage is cost in Fresno you'll realize they never once paid for that house he was making all of the payments and then one day he couldn't do that anymore. He tried to explain it to them but they were stubborn about keeping their home and refused to believe it cost more than $600 a month
@@rhondak7547The woman that house was transferred to was doing the family a favor since the bank was about to foreclose on the house because the parents were never actually paying the mortgage. Watch other videos about this situation, this news article got it way wrong
@knockyoureggoff My exact thought! Wondering if she used the son to swindle the home away from him/his parents, and then harmed him in some way.
Probably owes that person a lot of money to transfer the name to someone other then family.
My sister scammed my mom out of every dime when she sold her home. 2 lawyers reviewed the paperwork and said mom would probably win but the cost would take everything she would gain back and likely sister has spent every dime. Exploitation by mouthing adult children is disputable and disgraceful. They have lost what is the real value love and respect from parents and others
It’s quite a shock to find out a sibling would stoop so low. I’m sorry you went through that. 😢God knows what she did.
I know someone that did that to their parents as well! It’s despicable!
Everyone is calling the son a horrible person and I’m over here wondering if the son was poisoned or something since he was fine before moving out and then fell Ill after or was worse yet unalived by someone who was familiar with the families housing situation. Wonder if this was a long con and and if the person who convinced him not to put his parents name on the deed was the same one the property was transferred to or is familiar with the person the property was transferred to. I hope they do that welfare check because something definitely sounds fishy.
I wouldn't feel bad for him at all if that's what happened.
He made the payments for 20 yrs, not the parents. He also gave them a car. He planned on gifting them the house but lost his job. Tried to work it out with them but they refused. Then ruined his reputation with this media crap. The parents should be ashamed of themselves, not him.

Not that daughters don’t either but it’s usually sons. I don’t like my mom but I would never steal from her like that. The trust my parents have placed on me to interpret o rtranslate for them is sacred. At times I didn’t know how to explain something in Chinese so they just had to trust that I knew what I was doing. I could never betray my parents trust. They’ve done so much for me. What an ungrateful dishonorable son.

So, the son became ill and transferred the house to a lady. They haven't heard from their son in 5 months and this lady is selling the house for their son. Maybe someone needs to find that lady and ask where their son is and why he signed the property to her and why she is selling the house.
The new owner of the house sat down with the local Univision station and she said that she got the house "without" payment on the paper but that there was money exchanged according to her attorney at the interview. Supposedly Jesus the son owes a lot of money and has no money, but got money for this house. This needs to be investigated.
WHY ????? house in his name 20+ years. he paid ALL THE BILLS.!!!! not one reciept in THIER names. payments didnt even cover utilitys. just lazy angry tenants off the gravy train.
Shame on this son. How do parents get treated so badly.
The sun bought the house and made every single mortgage payment for them and allowed them to live their rent free. They thought they were paying the mortgage but they were actually just giving him a small amount of what the utilities were worth. When the sun couldn't afford the house anymore he chose to sell it and even tried to tell them but they wouldn't listen. He's not in the wrong for setting his family up for a large number of years and then no longer financially being able to do so. The house never belonged to the parents and they never made the mortgage payments for it. They were giving him $600 a month and that barely covered water and electricity but he made every single mortgage payment until he couldn't afford it anymore
by being lazy and financialy stupid. this story dosent sound right.
It makes you wonder is the son alive?did he get scammed too?my thoughts is all over the place.
When I heard the son transferred the house to a woman... my first thought was... he owed money and he used the house as payment.
Then another thought came... he got taken to the cleaners by "love" and he is a coward and can't face the fact that he messed up big time.
The woman is the one that served the eviction? And the son is "missing " .... if that is not a red flag, I don't know what is.
That woman needs to be investigated too. Who is she? His wife? Girlfriend? Does the family knows her?
Questions questions questions.
Exactly, why has he been missing?
He alive he was on the news giving his side of the story...hes having a mental break down or somethng n he looks like too
If that is the case then he couldn’t legally transfer the title while mentally unwell; seems someone is taking advantage of that to take the house.
I would like to know more about the lady who the son transferred the title to. She could be the mastermind behind this and son is a willing or unwilling victim.
May God bless and keep these people
This makes me sooo angry...how can you do that to your parents?
And specially at that age...
I wouldn't mind help and give something for their gofundme...but, the son has to pay for this...one way or another...take him to court!
Do something theres witnesses ...I know it's doesn't sound like a solution, but don't let him get away with this...
It breaks my heart just to imagine if one of my sons did something like that...the sadness would kill me.
There’s nothing a court can do….the house was in the son’s name…..it doesn’t matter who was making the payments all those years….he can sell anything in his name at any time. The son isn’t going to pay for this….he can’t be sued for it and he can’t go to jail for it….the house was always in his name. It’s very unfortunate and this is why you never put something you make payments on in someone else’s name….because they own it…you don’t. Hopefully they can raise enough to buy another house….but it will be hard in this market with interest rates as high as the government has allowed them to be.
@starshine3588 you're right. Even if they get the requested max on the gofundme, it's only 45K. You can't buy a house with that. At best, it's a down-payment. 45K won't even pay rent on an apartment for more than a few years
Uuhh hhuuuh he's feeling ill for the last 5 months. Karma is already Working. HE'S Reaping WHAT he sowed. Sorry NOT Sorry 😔😊
I think some of the son's uncles and male cousins need to pay him a visit and "talk" some sense into him.

The person that the property was transferred has no obligation to this family, but once this story came out it's sad it didn't give them pause to evict this family.

They should post the sons information
At the end it sounds like something else happened here since they can't get in touch with the son either. Something else is fishy about this whole thing.
Something similar but far worse is happening right now to an elderly couple in my nursing home. She is in a wheelchair, paralyzed from a stroke, he is 89 but fit. Their son claims they have advanced dementia & his father caused a tear to her anus from sexual activity prohibited by the doctor & that the doctor told the staff their door must be open at all times. They keep it closed all the time because their room is between the nursing station & dining room, the noisiest, busiest spot in the building. No one deserves to have dozens of people looking into their room with zero privacy! The mom gave her son a POA for health when she had the stroke. Now he wants a POA for property. He claims his only concern is protecting his mom but he doesn't give a da*n about her. They own a lovely house with a waterfront side lot on an island with gorgeous views of the city, sailboats, kayaks, swans, & ducks. He wants to sell them. He'd quickly get over $1,000,000 for them. One brother is backing him for a share of the 💰, the other knows that he & his wife (he's her 4th husband 🤦) are horrible, but he lives in California & parents are in Maine, so it's hard for him to get involved. The stress on them is awful & it's also hard for the staff here who are caught in the middle. She does have a wound on her anus but they think it's a pressure sore from sitting all day. Still, they can't take sides. I know the horrible details because he showed me & another resident the legal correspondence, asking for our advice. I'm a retired psychiatric social worker & he's a retired lawyer. We felt sick to our stomachs & didn't know what to say beyond urging him to leave it to the lawyers to deal with & his son won't get away with it. We try to distract them at meal times & keep the conversation light but we truly fear for them.
WOW! That is a mess! Sorry for them and you. My heart goes out to you. You can’t have an easy time with it.
That's not similar to this situation. The news is wrong about this situation, the parents never paid their own mortgage they were only paying utilities and the son paid the mortgage until he couldn't afford to do so anymore and had to give up the house. He told them that's what was happening but they didn't want to understand because they didn't want to leave and they thought the couple hundred bucks they gave out every month was enough to pay everything off
Of course, the details are completely different. The similarity I was referring to is how sad & hurtful it is when conflict occurs between parents & their children because of miscommunication or being selfish or whatever. Have a nice day. @@iamwuf

Part of what they are blaming here is the fact that they don't speak English. When your income is just social security even if you could afford a house payment, you won't be approved. And that goes for any type of loan, because the lender can't garnish social security if you default for some reason, a car, a house, a personal loan, etc etc. So be aware of that fact and make your arrangements accordingly....
Not totally true. SS can be valid income sources because you don’t have to worry about losing it as some people lose their jobs
@@KG0737 you would think..... But I've actually asked multiple people in different industries about it, and all of them come back to because if you default your income can't be garnished.... Which makes sense... But still sucks and makes things a little difficult...
My husband and I bought a house using his SSDI income, was approved for conventional, FHA, USDA....In 5 different states. So you're wrong there, People on fixed incomes most certainly CAN qualify for a mortgage AND since we had great credit, we paid ZERO POINTS, We were even approved for down payment assistance but we didn't even need it due to buying through USDA, We literally moved in ZERO earnest money to the sellers, ZERO down to the lender. WE paid for appraisal and inspection. WE paid ZERO closing costs. USDA covers areas of like 35k and under, Literal rural areas. The town we bought in has less than 3k people, USDA WILL COVER acreage, WILL COVER manufactured homes and WILL COVER setup. So you're telling people absolute lies. ALSO if you deposit checks into your main account that your SS,SSDI ETC goes into from OTHER sources that literally derails gov payments being untouchable.
@@KG0737 Indeed fixed incomes are valid usable incomes in order to purchase a home. We did in 2021. People can even buy homes with section 8 vouchers.
I saw this happened to a elderly women who transferred her house to her son name, he died & his wife evicted his mother! No recourse, mother lost her home!
That's evil son who did this to his own parents who brought him into this world
Praying for this couple
To be honest, this whole "I brought you into the world so you must respect me" crap is outdated. You don't even respect God, but we have to respect you because you chose to have unprotected sex? Uh. no way!
Son's not sick, other than the loss of his soul. He's enjoying the ill gotten gain from selling his parents home and disinheriting his siblings in the process. I'd absolutely hate to be him when he stands before the Throne of God one day.
My heart goes out to the couple. The son should be held accountable. That's awful.
I hope the rest of their family teaches their son a lesson... These people were scammed, by their own son but scammed nonetheless. There has to be something that can be done...
This happens more often than you may think. However the underhanded dealings normally come out after the parents have passed. Not always, but often, there is one greedy, no good kid that goes out of their way to inherit everything.
So they bought a house without buying a house and just decided to pay rent for 20y
They trusted their son I guess some people are too trusting not me ain’t no way.
I bet the equity is gone.
And because it was OWNED by their son they expected to live there FOREVER!!!
@@lorrainea.285 yeah they made a giant mistake. Don’t trust no one. Unless u wit want to be homeless. The son could’ve been the nicest kid ever 20y ago. Things change people change.
If anyone deserves SQUATTERS RIGHTS, it's these 2 people. Let that law work on the side of good for once. Prayers to this couple❤.
The parents are not squatters. CA squatters laws are very specific but to keep it simple here squatters have to openly occupy a property for five years without the owners permission. Squatters who meet those minimum requirements still have many hoops to jump through before they can legally acquire the property. The parents in this story were basically renters as they had no legal ownership of the house they lived in.
@@psh-trick , Not without an official written lease. They might be able to use the squatter laws.
For those complaining on audio issues you clearly need a new samsung ultra 23 or the newest iphone.
Well we have no problem hearing other posts from news channels
I have 2 Bluetooth speakers going and I could not hear it !
Suddenly I don’t feel as bad for being late for Dad’s birthday dinner.
What is that supposed to mean?
This is the worst he has done
And this is why people like him exist.😂
Heartbreaking 💔 Did that woman put a witchcraft spell on the son so he can betray his parents ? Now he realizes he did his parents wrong and feel guilty ? It’s possible!
Witchcraft spell? Oh no, it’s far worse than that. An alien spaghetti monster flew in and snatched up the son and took him to meatball heaven. Threatened him with a hypodermic jab. I know cause a Soviet gentleman that sounded a bit like a recorded message told me so.
😢😢😢
So if they were paying 700.00 a month for the mortgage how is it supposedly going into foreclosure? Were they just giving the money to their son and he was not making the payment? Was he just stealing the money from his parents that was suppose to go to the mortgage? His parents have lived here in the states for 20 years and have not learned English? This is strange because the father knew it wasn’t right that his name was not on the deed….why did he not learn English so he could ask questions for himself?
They paid 700 a month for 20 years???? They weren't covering the mortgage.
Or bother to become a citizen.
Possibly something bad has happened to the son and this woman took advantage and forged his name?
This happened to my ex I was with for 20 yrs. We've been broke up for 8 yrs. But he started hanging with sum shady folks, one being a junkie dope fiend. These scumbags sold him some fentanyl and he OD'd and they let his body lay there for 6-8 wks while they went thru and stole anything of value and applied for multiple credit cards, took important papers like car titles and deeds to forge them to sell. But luckily, her addiction got her put in county jail for the hundredth time and the postman reported smelling the body. So she never got to transfer anything. But that's the kind of human scum that is taking over our communities these days. So sorry this has happened to these parents..
My heart goes out to this couple. For shame on their son and may he have a harsh remainder of his life.
If I were the person he transferred ownership to I would transfer the property to the parents. If I felt like I would be out money that I couldn't afford, we would work together to raise funds or at least reduce their rent and allow them to stay.
I wonder if he was in some type of trouble and owed someone? He knew exactly what he was doing before he moved out and ghosted the family.
Yes, I’ve been a realtor for 35 years and I’ve seen it happened to older people taken advantage by their own family.
Need to investigate further. What if the son was scammed? No one has been able to reach him since April? Omg I hope they do a deep investigation for this beautiful couple.
Extremely devastating for mom and dad! God help them please!!!!🙏🏼
That woman wasn't trying to help. They are nothing but wicked opportunist. "We have the best lawyers" where have we heard that before? Hopefully some luck and justice comes through for the elderly couple. Something ain't right
What kind of women would do this , take over someone’s home even if the son did as they are assuming why would the person be so heartless to do someone’s parents like this and he’s home resting . This is a bunch of bull
It's California where property prices are high and money is that person's god.
I’m shocked that their son would do that to them but one would think that after over twenty years in this country, they would know more English than this!
They should seriously think about leaving California and utilizing their minimal Social Security income on an affordable rental in another state. It's unclear why a child would make such a decision, knowing how much it would harm their parents. However, there's a distinct afterlife for individuals who do such things.
Or go back to mexico
Matthew 24:12 "And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold."
She does say that the other son and family members have been trying to reach the brother that owned the house but haven't heard from him since April. The house had been made over to the actual person, female, who served the eviction to them. Sounds like there might be something fishy going on. They have asked for a welfare check on the son who owned the house since they can't reach him. This woman might have done something to him after getting her fingers on the house. Who knows? People are crazy. Sad for the family either way.
It could just be a scam and when the property is sold, they split the profits 50/50 or the son gets a share. Never attribute a mystery when greed and heartless is the real story.
Sad story really hit home i pray the parents get the help they need
Their son is not gonna have any good luck. That money will not benefit him. Remember people you cannot find happiness in other peoples misery.
It’s a sin to hurt your parents.
Lord please protect them.
What a disgrace. The son should be ashamed of himself.
Set aside the family betrayal issues for a moment.
Facts: In the month of April:
1. Home owner says "not feeling well."
2. Doesn't sell house, but signs it over, for free, to "some woman."
3. Owner hasn't been seen or heard from since.
A. Get handwriting expert to confirm/deny it's owner's signature on deed transfer.
B. Search his current home/property for a crime scene.
C. Any recent phone/credit card/ATM/activity?
Yes the son could be a victim of foul play.
Lottery winner Abraham Shakespeare was mentally slow and was taken advantage of by a con woman then later murdered. When family and friends try to contact him, this woman would lie as to where he was. He was buried in the backyard after being swindled out his lottery winnings.
There is no way the son couldve bought the house on his own he had to have given a good down payment.
It was in his name, his parents were the ones making payments, that why no lawyer wants to touch it
Why not? I did.
Some one is going to find the son and it's not going to be good. He asked for it.
The house was in the son’s name…also the mortgage. The parents were essentially paying rent to the son.
For whatever the reason, the son couldn’t make the monthly note and was in danger of being foreclosed.
The details are slim, but he transferred the title to a woman but there is no record of money changing hands.
Hard to accept betrayal by your own child. I know how that feels. Never trust anyone when it comes to money.
Someone needs to teach the son and the selfish user that he was dating a lesson. Especially the woman! I.have a feeling something happened and she talked the son into transfering the deed to her and she screwed him over for the money. Most likely, he trusted her as much as his parents trusted him and she screwed them all. I also think Power Of Atterny should be AT LEAST 2 ppl who arent married. Like a 2 of your kids or something so ppl are less likely to be taken advantage of because I have heard of a lot of ppl gettimg ripped of legally by their POA. If 2 ppl have to discuss and sing for every penny spent as POA ppl would have more protection unless they choose 2 ppl who are demons.
The karma the son is accumulating...
I hope the case doesn't end into the son being being drugged, poisoned or killed over the transfer of the house.
Hopefully the siblings do a report on the son's disappearance and the cops investigate the new owner because this is real suspicious.
Wow this is horrific… maybe there’s more to it than the son doing wrong .,, they haven’t heard from him, say he’s ill. Maybe the women is the predator and the son is a victim. I hate to believe he’d do this willingly.. something is wrong
What a horrible son!!! So he would rather have his parent homeless
Yeah...the seller didn't lie to you, your son did
That is a horrible, very sad story. God straighten this out, heal hurts and betrayal. Bless this couple and everyone helping them huge.❤️❤❤️
$700 in rent too thousands of dollars in rent. I would have kept the home that money you got will long gone and now you forced you mom and dad into a terrible situation.
I'll buy those statues
Lol
How evil! I could never do that to anyone let alone my parents! There is a special place in hell for that son!
This son backstabbed his own parents. So brutal.
This happens often so I'm not surprised. A coworkers daughter did the same thing to her siblings when her mother died.
😢
There is nothing wrong with the son, other then a guilty conscience. 💯
They knew their son. Trust me. They allowed him to be this way a long time ago.
People need to stop blaming the son. The very last part of the report is that the son is sick and may be missing. There is something wrong!!!!
I feel for their son. His Karma will hurt bad.
I feel nothing for the parties involved
You did feel something. You felt compelled to make your statement.
x2
The parents should have sign the deed as co-owners instead of agreeing to pay for his son's house in his name only. The son should not have taken advantage of them. He should have told them of his plans and found them a place before they were evicted.
What did the parents ever pay?
What a despicable sign to do this to his elderly parents, shame, shame shame on him
Poor family I hope they can get some help from free attorney. So sorry folks. This a lesson for must elders.
