I remember using this rig on the lower Thames to enable me to use braided main line and a fine hooklength. Worked well. Thanks for the reminder to resurrect it.
The loop, that hooklength is attached to can be connected like an Dracon connector. That attachement can then be finish of with an silicone tube slide over the attachement.

The black bead is a Roach testicle
It's a line stop and an ESP streamliner sleeve.
