Can u inform me after writing theoretical framework, and adding variables to it to obtain conceptual framework, the added variables can be added just from literature reviews or they should be only included in the final model after extracting the variables from analysis of questionnaires through factor analysis thxs
Thanks. I am glad you liked it. You can add variables from the limitations and future research directions. You can based on your reading of the literature. In any case you will need to justify the reason for adding the variables.

How should I change the questions? because there is no scale used in this area (studies published in SCI, SCOPUS). What scale should I use or adapt?

You may use the scale or mix multiple scales but kaie sure your properly phrase your questions to justify how you have conceptualised the construct.

This is primarily focused on literature review.
no need to define the IV (Leadership) and DV(Project Success) before establishing the linkage between them by using a theory?
You have to have the conceptualisation (Definition) of the concept.
