well with Fubuki being very Ryu like in-game they could easily make Kuro the Akuma/Gouki character instead, glass canon shoto and insane super-boss. makes me wonder if [ERROR] will be playable at some point too, really reminds me of Delirium from Binding of Isaac.

I feel like my one complaint is that it needs something that feels bigger to end it off, right? It's so cool, but I think she needed to do the spinning attack or use the sword or something just to make it feel more conclusive. As it is, she just slashes 5 times and then it just ends.

Of course Friend has to have the kind of character that friendzones me the most: The buff/assist specials.
Like some games would have a character spend three bars on an ultimate, this unorthodox "ulltimate" is spending a bar on a debuff, one on a transform, and the real ultimate costs only one bar but requires user to be buffed and target debuffed.
Just give me a big flashy kamehameha or ultracombo with double quarter circles
