    It is great this is taking place, and I wish the business well.
    Unfortunately, it looked like a lot of manure was being spilled on the ground outside, where it can wash into the Bay.
    Maryland needs to require all those chicken plants to dispose of their manure and have a better system than they have now to prevent pollution of the Bay.
    It is a shame those chicken plant companies can't be better neighbors voluntarily. Because of that, they should be dealt with more strictly.
