NICE!
Love watching you grow and fulfill ur dreams. I dream to produce gourmets at this level! Thanks for helping me see my own vision!!!
You’re a great father. Nice operation. I’d like to do that some day. I live in New Mexico.
I really enjoy your videos. You make me want to quit my job and grow mushrooms full time lol. Currently waiting on my first grow to pin!
it’s a lot of work but if you love it it’s worth it!
Your living my dream
Congratulations for everything you have achieve!, my favorite part was that final hug, so lovely! your tiny mushroom baby! heir to Fungi Kingdom! :D
Your baby! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Great work, so inspiring to a newbie mycologist like me, been doing a little with local farmers markets and trying to get into restaurants, winter is coming here in Maine so I will have to move my operation out of the gurage into a warmer space, I find it hard to sell them consistently ATM but it's alot of fun no matter what ! Look forward to more videos.
What a talkative kid! Cute as a button mushroom.
Absolutely great video man love seeing you and the family out showing off the hard work
Will work for monokaryon or dikaryon cultures! Hahahaha. You got your hands full, great to see.
You really like running water intros. I never notice but it’s a good relaxing noise
Have you ever thought of freeze-drying the mushrooms so they have a long shelf life & can be sold online?
yes we have some available but they sell out quickly
Awesome brother things are going grate.
Wow.. that Pioppino pinset!!
In your lab, what are you / were you using as injection ports on the bags, or did they already come attached, like they do with unicorn bags?
that's a wonderful setup there gary, also can you share your substrate recipe for cordyceps, I tried finding it on your channel but no avail.
You guys are great I've been asking you people to help me out😂
I'm new to mycology. I'm wondering what got you all into mycology? For me, it was cubes. I'm just being honest. It is much more than just a trip now.
❤❤🎉🎉👍👍😃
Love the setup! Any chance you could tell me where to find hardwood fuel pellets here in Colorado PLEASE!!??? Ive been searching for months and months but cant find any.. im in summit
Gary, what happened to that Air Science PCR hood! It's all cracked!
It happened from putting too many warm bags against the plexy glass and then having them cool down made the cracks - I replaced it all for about $100 though Ill do a video soon
Hi Gary, I was thinking about why you were using a regular hose to spray your blocks when I realised that there are fine nebuliser attachments to put on your regular garden hose. So I was thinking, like why do you use humidifiers at all? could one just install those hose nebulisers and maybe automate it with an Inkbird to replace a regular humidifier (ultrasonic in my case, which need replacement more often than I hoped)? it would make things so much simpler for everyone, instead of eg building those diy-tub-12vfan-fogger-UVc systems, especially if you're aiming at scaling up. Maybe that system has the plus of uv-c sterilisation, but it should only be necessary if you have water sitting in a container, right? But if you use your hose, it shouldnt't have any water sitting for longer than a few hours tops. What are your thoughts on it? Have you considered using a sprinkler system in your fruiting room?
this works really well for shiitake - I think there’s pros and cons to both methods and will do video on this at some point 👍 a lot of commercial
growers use high pressure misting for all the reasons you stated - this was more of a supplement to fogging until they brown up like the one on the bottom I harvested
Where can i buy some mushrooms to try?
I think you've done well to still produce with a minimum electricity supply..
Hey I noticed you watering your blocks. Tell us more about that.
it helps to supplement water for shiitake
Is that the only blocks you use that technique on?
Shamefully exploiting baby cuteness! That's fine.
UNFORTUNATELY the audio on this one is just too weak (until the 5 min mark) ..
thanks for the feedback the main video starts around then
$7 bucks for one (1) jar lid on the Etsy shop? Serious?
