From the soft lofi verse, to the UNEXPECTED jammy rap, the kawaii style instrumental along with some rae and lily bits, this is a total masterpiece which definitely brought this heartfelt song to justice. Lily's dreamy night was my song as I went through dark and heavy moments in my life.. The way the song relieves anxiety is why I think dreamy night is one of the best things i've ever listened to. Listening to this gave a refreshing take to the song.. a little upbeat and fun to listen to.. This rendition brought a heavy smile to my face. Thank you Lily and Us the Duo! I will forever treasure music like this.

Watched the stream, waited for a week for the song to be released, and I'm happy I watched the stream and saw how they made this beautiful cover.
Great job Michael and Carissa! Loved being part of the livestream as y'all put this together. This turned out so good!
Also liked the way y'all ended up switching the 2nd chorus voicing to Michael, and the final chorus to bounce between the two of you. Great storytelling choice.
It's really hard to pick a favorite part since there are so many crispy bits, but top 3 would have to be the keyboard flips during the 2nd prechorus, the bass and bongo groove that comes in halfway through the choruses, and of course all the beautiful harmonies layered everywhere.
