Davon gibts viele Nachbauten u.a. Moulinex und DDR-Produkte. Diese Dinger hacken alles kurz und klein was man da reintut, kann man auch als Kaffeemühle nutzen. Die sind nahezu unkaputtbar, im Gegensatz zu den heutigen Geräten mit Sollbruchstellen. :)

My mom also has this model. There’s a small hole at the base after lifting the blades and container 2:05 . We always wonder what is that hole for.
If the liquid mass enters the lower part, then thanks to this hole it does not enter the motor. This is my guess
