Thank you Chuck. As a new (very happy) FastGraphs member I found this video exceptionally helpful. I didn’t know about the create view feature when I create a portfolio. Also really appreciate how you demonstrate all the different features available when analyzing a stock. Thanks again and Happy Holidays!
Awesome question. Oxlc, Acp or Arcc, Htgc. Usa, crf, fsk, obdc. I put all of them and many more on a spreadsheet. I compare div, payout ratio, company debt, p/e, p/b, chart dip, historical p/e, morningstar fair value rating and many more I can't think of.
Merry Christmas Chuck. Job well done in 2024. Enjoy the holidays. My biggest challenge seems to be how far back do you go to look at a companies growth? Technology is growing so fast. A company's historical growth may no longer be relevant due to new tech. I try to look at growth in 3, 5, and 10 year ranges to look to see if it's ramping up or down.
GPC was covered in the consumer discretionary video. It is in the consumer discretionary sector. Regards, Chuck ruclips.net/video/3MY0qJ9HYh0/видео.html
Thank your lucky stars Chuck does what he does. Thank goodness for fastgraphs. You have to chalk everything up to learning and keep watching until you understand it.
@miguelmayorga6455 I find Chuck's level of detail to be just right for me. I have never left one of his videos feeling confused or flustered. Mr. Valuation is a national treasure and we must protect him at all cost!😊
Your Genpact recommendation back from Feb 24' was spot on....Up 17.25% after todays close.
Thanks Chuck! Merry Christmas

Just too much detail. This, and other videos, seem more like training videos. While important, it is hard to endure all the intricate details.
The more you endure the better investor you will become. Regards, Chuck

If you are not willing to follow the details in this video are you sure you should be investing in single stocks?
