Only tip I’ll slightly disagree with is being patient on trades but only sometimes. For example, I traded Nick Chubb and Aaron jones before week 1. I received good offers and sometimes you gotta strike while the iron is hot. If I had waited there value sunk dramatically within a few weeks and would’ve changed the outlook of my entire rebuild.
One thing I will say. When you have a contending asset and you hold him till the deadline. He helps you win and score more points which will hurt your draft pick, if you have a league where you start your best lineup
This ^ You also keep the risk of that asset getting hurt and having no value. A rebuilder in my league just sold James Connor for a 2nd last week. He wouldn’t be able to get that if he waited an extra week

1-4 no chance of winning this year. Took your advice on selling RBs and just moved Jacobs and Waller for laporta and a 24 2nd in TEP. Feelin good about it
0-5. Pulled off some bonker trades. Traded Barkley for Josh downs, Joe Mixon AND a 1st and 3rd pick. Also moved Derrick Henry for a 1st 2025 and cam Akers. Those trades I know I won, but I’m curious on my trade for Devonta smith and 2025 first for J. Waddle? I lost 3 close games, team had talent but I’m all for a rebuild with assets. My goal is to try and replace the player with a serviceable player with upside and that pick.
Great Video guys! I’m in a 10-team home league. It’s a 2QB start 11 with 6pt pass TD, and I’m definitely rebuilding. I got dealt the 1.10 in the startup draft, so I moved up to 1.03 and back to 1.07 to get Herbert, but I gave up my first in the process (I got back another guy’s first). I’ve made several trades with one guy which basically all equal out to me giving Kyren Williams, Puka Nacua, Anthony Richardson, and Gus Edwards for Patrick Mahomes, 2 seconds, a 3rd, and Tyler Lockett who I plan to sell. I traded away Jonathan Taylor to get my first back and a 2nd, and I sold Waddle to him earlier in the year for a 25 first, a 2nd, and Jonathan Mingo. So, in summary, I have a team full of rookies and 2nd or 3rd year players with Mahomes, Herbert, and Bryce Young at QB3. I panicked and sold Kyler a month ago for a 24 first, but right now it’s the 1.03. If the season ended today, I would have the 1.01, 1.03, 1.08, 2.01, and 2.02. I’m thinking I should buy guys like Chubb with furture 2nds or 3rds, but what should I do with all these picks? I love Marvin Harrison Jr., but should I use the 1.01 on him? Do I trade away all my picks for established players and hope they’re better than the guys I traded to get the picks? Looking forward to the buy low video!
1.01 should be Williams only. You may not NEED the position, but you need to accumulate value. Don't sacrifice that at the 1.01. If anything, trade back. Get Chubb for a 2nd. There's a good in-between with picks. Sell some for established guys in the offseason, keep some for insulated value.
@@thedynastydomain Thanks. I’ll try to trade back because my league really doesn’t value QB’s properly, and I’m already but the biggest Williams fan. He might not enter the draft anyway. Would you do the 1.01 for Justin Jefferson? I already have 3 QB’s, so other people have the leverage over me wanting to trade down
2024 mid projected pick for JSN and a 2026 2nd? Love buying low but he’s on a team with two other good receivers who will be under contract for a while or will get a new contract
I’m 1-6 Devy league - PPR - TE Premium. QB: Burrow, Geno, Goff, Zach Wilson, Trey Lance RB - Breece, Aaron Jones, Roschon, Jeff Wilson, Tyjae Spears, Kendre Miller, WR - Garrett Wilson, DK, Nico, Christian Watson, Jahan Dotson, DJ Chark, Mecole Hardman, Rashee Rice TE- Mark Andrews, Jake Ferguson Who should I be trying to move and what should I get for them
So I'm in a league with some people who have been in the same league for 20ish years. Fair to say they are a little more "traditional" in their team management. Meaning they aren't very likely to seek out trades or accept trades unless it's just a massively uneven trade in their favor. Is there anything that I can do in this situation to maybe kick the tires and get things going? Anything I can say or do to change their mind or educate them on trading in Dynasty? Appreciate any advice fellas.
Two year rebuild for me. Traded Dobbins for an early 24 1st, before he tore his achilles. Traded Javonte for another early 24 1st. Traded my 23 1.08 for an early 24 first. Traded the 2.01 and 2.03 for another top 5 24 1st. Have my own first still which is a top 1-3 pick. 1 QB league, have Justin Herbert, Bijan, Pacheco(trade bait), Christian Watson, Gabe Davis, Freirmuth, Josh Downs, Nico Collins, Tyjae Spears as players I'm keeping, Planning on getting Harrison Jr., Malik Nabers, Brock Bowers, TreVeyon(or other top RB), and the next best WR available. Team should be legit if those picks hit.
First year in a dynasty somehow ended up 0-5. Traded Davantae Adams and Barkley for firsts, mingo and Pacheco. Holding onto my young guys like tlaw bijan Pitts hoping to come out of the draft with Caleb Williams with my pick and trade up for mhj
I'm 3-2 have a good WR room, but no RBs. Should I send Puka for JT if I can make it happen? - Start 9 1QB. WRs are AmonRa, Olave, London, Puka, Dell, Wilson, Mooney. Thank you and great video!
Massive trade here. I’m contending and he’s rebuilding. I have Hill, Diggs, and AJ Brown at WR. Taylor, Etienne, Pacheco and Mostert at RB. Also 2 1st in 2024. The rest of my picks are depleted. We start 2 of each WR, RB and Flex I receive: Adam’s Keenan and 2025 2nd. I trade away: 2024 late first, drake London, Doubs, Warren and Mims. What are everyone’s thoughts
Realized early that i was not contending. Prior to week 3, I sent Davante Adams, Aaron Jones, and a '25 3rd to get Breece Hall, Jerry Jeudy, and a '25 1st (10 team, 1QB, PPR) Whatcha think?
12tm SF, I'm 4-1 with one of the lowest points for, squeaking out lucky wins every week but don't have a chance to compete. Sitting on TLaw, Lamar, JSN and Addison but not much else. Do I move Lamar for 3 24 firsts, projecting they'll be two mid-late and one early-mid.
as of now I’m 6th place at 2-3, 3rd in Max PF. I only lost to the 1st and 2nd place teams by 9 points each. Then lost to 3rd place by 1. I’m definitely pushing for playoffs this year!
Enjoyed the video, what would you do with an asset like Etienne on a rebuilding team. Offered for ARSB and it was a no. Who and what should I target or should I hold
@@thedynastydomain what's the logic there? Just the WR is more valuable than an RB the same age idea? Currently, Etienne is crushing him head to head but that's just this year of course
What should I look to get for a guy like Raheem Mostert I’m 2-3 and I’m leaning more towards a rebuild than contending. Should I try to get a 2nd from someone who believes their contending or should I hold till the deadline
Thanks for the advice guys I was able to sell Mostert to a 3-3 team who is depleted at RB for a 2025 1st (I fleeced him) I was kinda surprised he’d do that but he was desperate
Question: if you are rebuilding, wouldn’t you want to get players who are putting points on your board, off of your roster, so that you get a higher draft pick? If you have your own 2024 1st?
Theoretically, yes, but not if they're a cornerstone asset (24 or younger) and on a rookie deal. Chances are if you're rebuilding now, two to three other teams are already rebuilding harder. The points you accumulate, or don't accumulate, will be minimal in deciding your pick placement at this point of the game.
I am 4-1 but my max PF is 5/10 in my league. I have Bijan, saquon, najee,Alvin kamara, Tyjae spears. I also have Justin jefferson but he just got hurt. Should I trade kamara for a 2024 1st to another contending team?
Should I trade kyren Williams and kittle for puka in dynasty. My rbs ekler saquon and pollard and keyren and need to start 3. My te is Sam Laporte and kittle
In a rebuild have made quite a few moves, and had to pay James Cook, Nico Collins, and Musgrave for my 1.1 pick and some WR Change.. Should I trade JT, Tyler Lockett and a 25’ 2nd for Nick Chubb, Tutu Atwell, Christian Watson and a 25’ First? The person making the offer has no 24’ Firsts..
Had him swap Terrance Marshall for Isaiah Hodgins since I trade for Bryce Young earlier.. How’d I do for this one?? This is my first rebuild so I feel like I’m getting ripped to shreds😢
I saw the Puka hype train building after the NFL draft and ended up being able to draft him with my rookie 5th round pick. As a rebuilder should I sell Puka or keep him? I already have 5 2024 1sts so leaning toward keeping
10 team start 10 SF, QBs: TLaw, Howell RBs: Kyren, Jahmyr, Pierce, Spears, Kendre WRs: GW, Puka, Ridley, JSN, CWatson TE: Pitts, Logan Thomas I have 4 2024 1sts (no 2nd or 3rd) 3 of which should be top 5 picks. Praying one of them is #1 so I can get Williams. Should I trade 2 firsts and Ridley for Jamaar or pray to get the #1 overall and then trade up for MHJ with two of my other 1sts? I have the 1st rounder of the guy that has Jamaar and his team is bottom 4
Would you trade Kupp, JT and a 2025 first for Justin Jefferson? Started 1-3 and began rebuilding. 10 team ppr, 2flex (I also acquired 3 2024 first round picks) QB - TLaw, Stroud RB - Breece, JT, JCook, Brian Rob, David Montgomery WR - Chase Addison, Kupp, Sutton, than just bums TE - Ferguson
Yes. But every week JJeff doesn't produce, the market will get lower and lower on him. See if you can't get him for a little bit cheaper when he's been out for a few weeks and JT really starts showing out
Hi guys love the video! I’m in a awkward situation right now, just gone 2-4 (started 0-4). 3rd of 10 in MAX PF, 2nd in MAX PA. Have a relatively young roster loaded with rookies (Bryce Young, Marvin Mims, Dalton Kincaid, Jayden Reed, Michael Wilson, Luke Musgrave). Also young players such as Olave, Amon Ra, James Cook, Drake London, Romeo Doubs. Also have CMC, Lamar, Jerome Ford, Diontae Johnson who I could ship if I start to rebuild. Should I go right to the deadline and then trade away those type of guys?
Yes you should absolutely sell thielen to a contender as soon as you can. But if you're not getting him at the price you want, just wait. You won't lose significant pick placement from one guy
Appreciate the help! Just sold him for a 2024 3rd and 2026 first. Could have had his 2025 first but his team is old but so good right now (Might have been dumb but we'll see, plus I would have got his 4th this year instead of 3rd). @@thedynastydomain
im 0-5 in my first dynasty team, i have a very young team, today i traded michael wilson and adam theilen and my 2025 2nd for his josh jacobs, a 2024 3rd and a 2025 second. was it a bad move? my other rbs were bija, conner and aaron jones
I’m 2-3 not really contending, hoping to get an early pick. I have young assets at RB and WR. What’s your guys opinion on trading ETN for Gibbs and a early 2nd? Is it risky at all? I’m a fan of ETN so I’m hesitant
It's risky because of Gibbs' usage. Would let the dust clear for a few more weeks before making that deal. People are very high on ETN right now, you could get a better asset
If you want to spice up your dynasty leagues, makes then contact leagues. We do ours by years. Sold waddle (1 year left) + late 2025 1st for Gibbs (4 years left) + early to mid 2024 1st. I also own 1.1, 1.2, 1.3. So could have top 4 picks. Plus two or three 2025 1sts. Assets include Geno (3 years), Gibbs (4 years).
i traded away by best player (Kelce) during the off season for a 24’ 1st & 2nd. i’m 3-2 without him. don’t think i have a team that can win it all, but also don’t wanna just “give up” even though i thought i would tank this year. not sure what to do
I'm in a similar situation. My team is 1 year punt and I've already committed to it but there's no way for me to properly tank without trading away good players because my max PF is top 6 in the league. Idk what to do at this point other than just hope I get lucky in my lottery with a guaranteed top 4 pick.
Startup dynasty this year. My first dynasty ever and my team isn't doing well. I ended up moving my Saquon for Bryce Young, Jaylen Warren and a 2025 2nd.
I'm a heavy rebuilder but I have assets like breece hall that probably won't gain much more value by next year. Is an asset like that supposed to be traded away?
Rebuilding should I trade CD lamb for 2024 1st 2025 1st 2026 1st and 2025 second. I’m already loaded in draft picks. But no chance to win this year or next
Fair, we actually have that policy in our leagues. But You're going to get a top 4-6 pick anyways, you may as well maximize your return with those contending assets and wait. Chances are, if you're tanking now, one or two other teams are already tanking harder.
Side note - Dynasty leagues shouldn’t have trade deadlines. If a team wants to sell their 24 1st for a RB right before the championship game, they still have to carry that decision into future years
@@thedynastydomain I don’t see the argument FOR a trade deadline. You have a chance to fix your team after a week 3 injury, why shouldn’t you be able to do it after a week 15 injury?
@@thedynastydomain Ah yes, dynasty, where everyone is clamoring to buy aged players who have a shelf life of 1 year at best coming off an injury. Makes sense.

RB - Breece, JT, JCook, Brian Rob, David Montgomery
WR - Chase Addison, Kupp, Sutton, than just bums
TE - Ferguson
Be willing to go all the way to the deadline if you don't get what you want. If the price is right though, no need to wait till the very end.
For example, sell players like Thielan earlier in the season to make sure you can get the 1.01 or a high 1st round pick
Yes you should absolutely sell thielen to a contender as soon as you can. But if you're not getting him at the price you want, just wait. You won't lose significant pick placement from one guy
I'm a rebuilding team, what do you think I should trade Dameon Pierce for? Or should I keep him?
2 2nds.
Appreciate the help! Just sold him for a 2024 3rd and 2026 first. Could have had his 2025 first but his team is old but so good right now (Might have been dumb but we'll see, plus I would have got his 4th this year instead of 3rd). @@thedynastydomain
im 0-5 in my first dynasty team, i have a very young team, today i traded michael wilson and adam theilen and my 2025 2nd for his josh jacobs, a 2024 3rd and a 2025 second. was it a bad move? my other rbs were bija, conner and aaron jones
or should i trade away jacobs to get something ?
Good move. Now pivot off Jacobs, move him to a contender at a premium
People are very high on ETN right now, you could get a better asset
is swift a hold for a rebuilder?
No, ship him off for a 24 1st
That's a good return for Kelce
Thoughts on trading away Kelce and JT for Garrett Wilson, TJ Hockenson and a 2nd ? Currently 1-4 and heading into rebuild
Wait a few more weeks to make that deal once JT really starts producing and get a little more
Startup dynasty this year.
Hold Breece, he should actually increase in value
what can you trade rachaad for?
Charbs, Monty
Is Ken Walker one of those RBs you don’t have to move in a rebuild
Correct
I have jahmyr gibbs should I dropped him no one in my league wants him. Or should I keep him til week 8.
Hopefully you're talking fantasy. He's still a stash if that's the case, don't drop
@thedynastydomain I dropped him bro
I need players in reserve that can play.
I pick up jaleel from broncos
How can you check max PF on sleeper?
Click details on standings
Go to league tab, scroll down to standings, hit view details, and sort by max PF.
Would you sell Ken walker? My team is 100% trash other then him and burrow. Currently have 7 2024 1sts
no... hes a young stud rb and this class is weak *edit: weak rb wise
With Charbs' workload increasing, it's probably a good idea to move off him this year as a rebuild. No rush though, you can wait until the deadline
Rebuilding should I trade CD lamb for 2024 1st 2025 1st 2026 1st and 2025 second. I’m already loaded in draft picks. But no chance to win this year or next
Yes that's fine
If you can turn that 26 1st into another 25 1st or 24, do that
are we selling zack moss for a random ‘24 2nd?
O ya
Heck yes
What if I have a league of Tacos and I’m contending but need a piece to win
Depends on where the tacos are from
@@thedynastydomain taco Johns
25 1st for Keenan Allen? I'm a contender with no for sure top 20 WR (Godwin, Jeudy, Pittman Jr) too much?
Yeah a bit much for a very old WR. Try to do it for 2 2nds.
Waiting makes sense unless your league does it right and gives out picks to non playoff teams based on reverse max pts possible for.
Fair, we actually have that policy in our leagues. But You're going to get a top 4-6 pick anyways, you may as well maximize your return with those contending assets and wait. Chances are, if you're tanking now, one or two other teams are already tanking harder.
Traded a mid/late 24 1st and Jayden Reed for Waddle
Good job
Trade away London and 2 ‘24 2nds for Devonta?
Just hold London
I Traded zay flowers for jsn and 2 firsts . Couldn’t believe what he offered .
Wow
Give: Dameon Pierce and a 2026 2nd
Receive: 2026 First
Should i take it??
Make that a 25 1st
Rate this trade (please):
Team 1 receives: A.J. Brown + Jameson Williams
Team 2 receives: Tee Higgins + Calvin Ridley + 2024 2nd (likely late Round)
Taking the AJB side
Damn i watch a lot of videos to be recommended this fossil of a video
Side note - Dynasty leagues shouldn’t have trade deadlines. If a team wants to sell their 24 1st for a RB right before the championship game, they still have to carry that decision into future years
Interesting...
@@thedynastydomain I don’t see the argument FOR a trade deadline. You have a chance to fix your team after a week 3 injury, why shouldn’t you be able to do it after a week 15 injury?
@@parkerphelps5202the reason there’s a deadline is mostly just for stopping collusion. You have an interesting take tho
@@parkerphelps5202eh it makes it so you have to buy in the playoffs in order to win
Because in Week 3 there’s no guarantee that you do well that year. In week 15 there’s a more sure benefit.
Just traded away Achane for Kincaid and Dotson on a rebuild
Well that was stupid
Mark andrews 👍 for Jonathan mingo and Kyren Williams 👎
Wow

"Buy Nick Chubb if you're rebuilding"
Okay.... no.
you new to dynasty? its a pretty simple concept - buy players low to sell them again high.
@@thedynastydomain Ah yes, dynasty, where everyone is clamoring to buy aged players who have a shelf life of 1 year at best coming off an injury. Makes sense.
I needed this video lmaooo. I’m 0-5. Very young team though. You guys gave me the blueprint is it cool if I message you on discord?
Yeah, we're happy to help out!
