I love the way in which you pronounce Tromsø, just like the locals with the right dialect, well done! And I´m sorry that the stay inn Finnsnes ended like this, not being able to see how the russ do in may, our celebration of 17thof may, and the midnight sun. But anyway, happy to see you with your family in this extraordinary days. Stay safe, and take care!

I accidentially found your channel when you posted your first video i August and have been following your exchange ”adventure” in Finnsnes every week since then. To bad you had to leave on such short notice, especially since the coming months are the best time of the year in northern Norway. However, you are young, a positive soul and full of ”guts” so I’m sure you’ll be back in Finnsnes. Hope you’ll be able to go back soon!

What a nice family, and your right get the experience, so you don't have a regret. As your mum said, you don't know what happens in the life and the world, do things before it to late.

Hope that you have enjoyed your stay in Norway and acquired great experiences from your AFS program. I enjoyed watching your videos while you were in Norway. Don't give up on your RUclips channel now that you are back at home. Actually, I am living away from my country and my family as of right now, but still, the family ties are very strong. I don't feel homesick at all, but I call home every day anyway and talk to my family for about ten minutes. That would make my day, and I would make sure that they are fine and well.

I found this suuuper interesting!! I regret not doing one when I was in high school and I'm also not doing one while i'm at university (partly because I didn't think about it, but also because I'm norwegian and studying in the UK so I'm already studying abroad). I know you always mention doing a study abroad in college, but have you considered doing your entire degree in a different country? If you wanted to come back to norway for example universities are free, so that's a biiig bonus and you're already so good at norwegian that I'm sure you'd be fine! just a thought bc your year got cut short and you've mentioned doing another exchange xx

I come from a very Norwegian town in the U.S. We always celebrate Syttende Mai ,etc. I'm trying to learn Norwegian, it's tough when you're not in Norway though. Lol
Also, I got married in Peru and am still trying to learn Spanish.
Sorry your experience got cut short in Norway! Still, remember your time there and hopefully you get to go back one day! 🙂

Har fulgt med siden du kom til Tromsø i August, kjedelig at reisen endte før du fikk oppleve våren, russetid, 17.mai feiring og sommeren i Finnsnes. Lykke til videre, håpe du kan reise tilbake i sommer👍🏼

Godt å høre at du likte min hjemby Tromsø. Håper du får muligheten til å returnere en vakker dag. PS: Hadde vært fint å sett et bilde av din mor fra da hun var i Peru i 1987.
