2010-2012 Acura ZDX Blind Spot Info Monitoring BSI system Installation Tutorial Part 1
The only first generation Acura ZDX that came with the factory Blind Spot Information system was the 2010-2012 Acura ZDX Advance model and all 2013 Acura ZDX’s.
Our base model Acura ZDX didn’t come with BSI, so I decided to install an aftermarket Blind Spot Monitoring System. I wanted the system to look as OEM as possible. I ended up using the OEM mirror trims with OEM LED indicators. The system is completely hidden under the interior panels.
The system has been working great.

The Acura ZDX has really bad blind spots. If you are like me and my wife, you have probably tried to change lanes while a car was right next to you. We have had this car for over 10 years and had multiple instances of cars driving right next to us in our blind spot without us noticing. The 2010-2012 Acura ZDX Advance models came with a factory blind spot information system. So did all 2013 Acura ZDX too. We always wanted the system and felt like we were missing out.
