I was homeless no one ,city council, police , mayor , or the soup kitchen, I stayed in a church run by a straight up crack head. There was a place ready to take in the homeless. But the people closed it down, for fear of the wrong kind of people entering there. And some of the houses that we live in need to be a crime. You may as well, please STOP Slum Lords. DAs don't have time to try that many homeless folks in that many cases. Jails don't have enough space for that many homeless. That's why police often don't even respond to their presence or commotion anymore. Most of this is thus a fear tactic...

The point was that, the idea of making it illegal to be homeless is taking us back to the late 1500s when American was truly great again... back to the time when the only people here were the Native Americans. Then it wasn't illegal to be homeless either. ❤😁

@@Happy-uy5wc The police can't reprimand people for being homeless because they have nowhere to put them. For over fifteen years there has been an overarching issue with jails being so packed that the police have no place to put vagrants or homeless, so they don't even bother them most of the time.
It has even been the case that, police have picked up homeless people in LA, then taken them and dropped them off in Pomona, essentially relocating them because the homeless population is too big in some areas. Case-in-point: Most of the time homeless people wandering about cannot be arrested because there is nowhere to put them.
