Bless Lord Jesus for the church has been taken over by young adults who are have our age who are seniors in the church and for some of us it is like we may never pick up to their maturity. Lord I grew up in the church and I can hardly keep up with the young adults in the church who are half my age, for now I am old and unfortunately just beginning to live doing things like trying to finish college in a Christian world of young adults that are half my age, and younger than me, and it seems impossible even though nothing is impossible with God.

@@powerofthelamb Its my experience that when a group like the SDA's doctrine is wrong in minor issues, such as doing Church on the Sabbath only, they're also very wrong on many others, like soul sleep, investigative judgment , denying both the immortality of the soul and the reality of hell as eternal with conscious torment all while claiming to be Christian yet teaching against the foundations of Christian doctrine. As a belief system IMO better to stay away from SDA. May God draw you to Christ as you seek truth in Christ not Ellen.

@@powerofthelamb I''m sorry, you're right, 7th Day Adventists very name cloaks itself in the legalism of claiming that it is our duty to "worship at church" on the "Sabbath,' which is Saturday (the 7th day) whereby supposedly complying to the 4th commandment of the moral law (which is the ten commandments). The problem is that's not Christen doctrine. We Christians believe "All" scripture is "God Breathed" (2nd Timothy 3:16) and therefore Romans 14:5-6 teaches; One person decides in favor of one day over another, while another person decides that all days are the same. Let each one be fully convinced in his own mind: 6 The one who observes a special day, observes it to honor the Lord. The one who eats, eats to honor the Lord, since he gives thanks to God. And the one who does not eat, refrains from eating to honor the Lord; yet he, too, gives thanks to God ------- Real Christianity, in general, has decided to honor God by adapting the day he was resurrected, Sunday, as their day of worship. As for my "Assumtions" I was merely listing various & false SDA doctrines.
@@theGodQuad where in the bible does it say the sabbath is not? reading the passage in Colossians 2:16 there is nothing that refers to anything in the 10 commandments, only the ceremonial laws, which did have food and drink offerings, holydays(feast days) new moons, and sabbath days. every feast had certain days and certain sabbath days. these were celebrated or observed only once per year and could fall on any day of the week. some study in the scriptures of these feast times and days will reveal this. the weekly sabbath was nowhere contained in the feast, only the 10 commandments, written with the finger of God. the ceremonies were written by Moses in a book and placed outside the ark. the Hebrew word for spirit is ruach. the Greek word is pnuema. both mean wind, blast, breath. the Hebrew for soul is nephesh, meaning life, living creature, vitality. the Greek word is psuche. they both mean the same:Strong's Concordance

Solomon had 1000 wives; 700 he marries, 300 concubines.. 1/3 of the angels was casts down.. does this correlate with any biblical lessons?
Simply put, no. The only real lesson behind Solomon's many wives is not to repeat his mistake. It was largely due to his many wives that Solomon stopped following God and fell into the worship of idols and false gods for many years, before finally recognizing his folly and returning to faith and worship of the one true God. The numbers themselves do not correlate to anything else in scripture strictly speaking. (also worth noting that 300 =/= 1/3 just generally speaking.) We are to follow God's ideal plan of one man and on wife if we wish to have true happiness in life.
I understand why you are asking, because there are sometimes significant parallels with numbers in scripture, but in this case, no, there is no correlation between those two things. Good on you for seeking truth though, keep asking questions!

Please, read the 7 churches in Rev and you will see that the Holy Spirit is pointing to Jesus. Your souls is your spirit. Does that mean you are 2 of you? No. The Holy Spirit is of God and His Son and imparted It to us. No where in the Bible it says God The Son and God the Holy Spirit. You will see Son of God, the Spirit of God. On God's throne, where is the Holy Spirit? On God's temple where is the Holy Spirit? No where! Before lucifer got expelled from heaven, in the hierarchy rank it was God, His Son and Lucifer. Lucifer got expelled from heaven, where is the 3rd person? satan will do ANYTHING to get worship. Everytime pple is referring the Holy Spiriy as a 3rd separate being, satan is being glorified. All denominations have the trinity doctrine. The pope said in COP 22, in order to have unity you must believe in trinity. God's remnants are considered as MINORITY, not majority. The whole wide world will NOT be for Christ, but against Him and for His enemy. The SDA church organization is a new organization when they accepted the 501c, the trinity doctrine, change the logo, accept spiritualism, abomination in the church, change the fundamental principles to fundamental beliefs, allow priest and othe pple from the world to preach, play, sing and speak in tongue(pure gibberish). Please, wake up and get out of babylon. SDA church make many followers to believe that babylon applies ONLY to catholic church. No, babylon means confusion. Wherever confusion is God requires His pple to get out. The SDA leaders are being paid big money to lie to the flocks. In fundamental beliefs they say that Christ is metaphorical Son meaning He is NOT really God's Son. Please, wake up. Blessings!
