I fell trying to shoot one of those jetties in the mid 80's. Went over backwards with my back to it, not knowing exactly where the rocks were. Never hit anything. Gathering my board so close to that thing before the next wave smashed me into it, ensured I'd never try that stupid shit again. I just found some other dumb shit to do... 😂
