    If resetting the gps odometer is a hassle. Have the trail leader map a 1 mile corse. Everyone can run it and see what they are reading. Math is involved if your mike is 1.2 to the leaders but it’s a option to get everyone on the same mike.

    Tennis elbow. I had it bad about 5 years ago. The company I worked for had onsite physically therapy. I went in and they treated me with two different machines. One was a medical grade red light therapy machine. The other was a medical grade ultrasonic treatment. My elbow felt better after the first treatment. Couple times a week for two months and I was good. I keep working my job as a heavy duty mechanic the whole time. Would have never believed in the red light magic before this. The first week was only red light because the ultrasonic machine was broken, still my elbow felt better with just the red light. Most insurance he said will not pay for this.

    For tennis elbow, tendinitis, you need to stretch the inflamed tendon. That's all the info I could find on the internet, I was able to figure out that you need to moosh and massage the tender spot with your other hand, ( at first it is hard to do because it is tender ) but after a few minutes the pain go's away, completely. You might need to do it a few times but once you are able to stretch the tendon out no more pain, good luck and best wishes

    On the tennis elbow, I had a problem for three years, but 2.5 years ago I started using resistance bands for workouts and and a 8 essential amino powder and the issue has gone away. That means no more injections, and just maintaining my workouts and taking the amino’s and I am pain free.

    • @TrentonPalmer
      @TrentonPalmer  Год назад

      Do you have anyway to share what workouts you do? I’m at the point after the PRP that I can start rehabbing it

    • @sorenmelchior
      @sorenmelchior Год назад

      @@TrentonPalmer I am using Jaquish Biomedical X3 Bar workout system with their “Fortagen” amino acid formula ( I use 3 scoops a day). I have also cut out most carbohydrates and vegetables that cause me inflammation such as peas and beans.
      Edit: so the exercises I do are military press, chest press, triceps and front squats on push day, and deadlift, bent row, drag curls, and calf raises on pull day. I don’t do the system as prescribed as I do push day, rest day, pull day, rest day, repeat. And it’s working well for me at 57 years old at present.
      2nd edit: Just to clarify I have not done any specific exercises to focus on the elbow. I did wear the brace for the first 3 weeks on working with the light (white) band when I started out. But other than that I only stopped when I felt pain so I would not strain it further. And I would wait a few days giving arm a rest after feeling pain, then I would gently start workouts again.
